It's hard to get help here. E. G. 15 cent candy was completely out of bags and it was like pulling teeth to get at least one of the rolls replaced. Also, they have sold me equipment that doesn't work.
I wish they wouldn't sell stale-dated candy. I got my favorite chocolate covered marshmallow candy here and when I went to eat it, the marshmallow was rock hard. I ate it after 9 pm so I couldn't call to complain. I would just advise shoppers to check the dates on any food purchases here because it's obvious the store doesn't check.

This is another chain of stores I like this is called 5 Below . This place i enjoy it for is because it should be about capturing everyone's imaginations and making dreams come true. To bring the dreams to every American Generation . They hsve things from Kids things such as school and kids supplies , To sports stuff , To tech things like , Cell phone Chargers and laptop chargers , fans and more tech , They have movie posters to Cartoon posters , They have holiday decorations of all things from Thanksgiving , Birthday Supplies , To Easter, And Christmas Decor and more . They have Journals for all ages and books for all ages to word searches , Crossword Puzzles, And more , To clasic books , To Candie Assortments , To chips and other snacks . Even Sodas. This bring all dreams and moee to come true . In other 5 belies I picked up Journals for my Crusader Chronicles, And I got word searches there as well . But I hooe to shop there in the future to get cell phone chargers . Thid is a place thats community and family oriented. If you love this place as I do, This place is for you . We hope to see you all very soon .

The moring manager she was a black female she was rude to me she was following me and she said she was going to call the cops on me I was shopping and looking are for something and just because my sister is a student she assumed I was one to she thought I was going to rob I only went in for a smile kit and if I could put zero starts I would I felt attacked at that moment she needs to be fired

This location has great customers service but they don't have the best stuff to me but the staff here always greets you I will definitely be coming back or recommend others based of my interactions with staff

I always get excellent customer service at this location. Friendly staff. Stuff are also affordable. As long as you control your expectation you'll be fine. BTW parking is always plenty.

This place gone downhill. I lived in this area for 25 years and I was excited when this store opened. I went to this store almost daily after work and the workers were friendly, some became friends. It was always a funny conversation with employees when you entered felt warm and realistic seeing people 18-30 working. Great chill environment for a store like that. Now you guys run it strict and absolutely annoying. If you're going to have self checkout nobody wants an employee to handle your personal debt/credit card, and money. I stopped going the last 8 months. The twice I been this month two different employees are both sick and want to handle my items. COVID-19 taught you guys nothing. Nobody wants people on top of them while buying items. Second you cannot have your employees select your customer service resume for your customers. It's false information on customer service.
It used to feel like a chill shopping experience now you got people staring at you if you're stealing when the most expensive item is 30 bucks. Just stop it already. More stricter environment does not make your employees/customer relationship better. I can tell older management/employees moved on and whoever came in sucked the soul out this place. Used to see teenagers come in here often, but the few times I came in you guys are telling them to take off their backpacks and place it at the front. You live in a multi cultural area with lots of brown/black children and you're already antagonizing them as thieves.
Got so sick of how a fun store got ruined in our little neighborhood smh.

5 below is going downhill, boxes at Almost every turn ladders just sitting where kids can hurt themselves Items not priced, can barely find an employee besides at the front and their say that they can't leave to help And frankly the store is quite dirty. I should have taken a picture when I went in today. What happened to management?

In these days with a noticeable decline in customer service, this store is a delightful outlier. I was warmly greeted by a friendly employee when I entered, was offered assistance with my large items and she even helped me get them outside once purchased. It was the best service I have received in a long time.

Silver Spring location: greeted immediately by pleasant staff members. All very helpful. During cashing out, professional staff also helped. I will be returning!
