Clearly people steal frequently from this location but to treat everyone as if they steal is a bit egregious. So you aren’t allowed to check out your own items unless it’s someone in the front to do it for you. Yes, it feels offensive because they aren’t watching others around the store just certain individuals. It’s 5 and below not the Chanel store! Save your time and go to one in a nicer area, much better experience!! & they don’t follow their customers around!

Well for me, the visit to Five Below has been extremely interesting due to the large expansion that the remodeling they did inside had and that has been a great help both for the client and for the company itself that they will be able to serve. more people with less time and with greater quality of care and comfort.

The manager had no idea how to provide me a refund. Highly incompetent. She literally wanted me to do her job. She never asked me for any emails,no phone number and no first name or last name. Guess what? I paid through a credit card. And again this was not just any manager. This was the store manager. Her employee who was a lot younger than she was. Was more professional and friendly. If her superiors are watching she needs to be replaced asap. She was hostile,rude and condescending. Would not let me talk. Was more focused on being “dominant”. Fire her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 cashier during the holiday rush! Go to a different 5 below! They have 0 customer service and the place is never easy to get around. Boxes everywhere!
