Honestly I’ve been trying different places on and off for two years in my Good Hope neighborhood and have consistently gone every single month for the past 5 months to this salon. I don’t have a particular nail tech that I go to every time because they’re all really great, some definitely more than others. They keep adding things and upgrading the facilities and services, very customer oriented and detailed. Have never had a cuticle bleed or bubbles/lint in polish. I’ve never been rushed through a service, takes a little over an hour for regular pedi and gel mani ($85 but I also got my old gel nail polish removed as part of service). If you’re on the fence or new in town looking for a place to go, you should go here — it’s a safe, reliable, clean salon. Prices are on par for mid-level salon

I’ve been a customer for many years and don’t plan on going anywhere else ever. I’ve always received amazing service. I get compliments on my nails and eyebrows all the time. I stop in every 2-3 weeks for mani, pedi, eyebrows. This is my family’s favorite place too.
Make an appointment if you can, some days they are booked solid and may not be able to accommodate walk-ins depending on the service you need, also depending on the time of day.
If not, try calling ahead to see if they have availability. The team there is friendly and will work to try and get you in.

Mia is my go-to nail tech , she always makes sure im satisfied with her work and i love the atmosphere ,ive been going to Grace Nails for over 4 years before they switched to a bigger salon and have zero complaints. Mindy is a great nail tech as well !! she always does an amazing job on my pedicures.

I have to direct the nail tech to file my nails straight and not in a slant this time. At least she was kind and listened to me and asks repeatedly if the shape was fine. The polish brands are not always up to par so I bring my own. Most of the nail techs do a great job and are sweet.

I went to Grace nails for the first time and got a gel manicure. Mary did such an amazing job. My nails look fabulous and it has lasted longer than any other gel manicure I have had done. Looking forward to the next time!

I came here to get a manicure and pedicure with my friend earlier today. The technician, Mindy, sliced my toe while chatting with another technician and apparently “did not know what to do” and said it was “my fault”. Fortunately, my friend speaks Vietnamese (which they did not know), and was able to uncover this while also overhearing Mindy and the other technician talking about us. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I just moved to the area, and found on Google this nail spa literally 5 minutes from my house. I decided to go in without an appointment and see what happens. When I walked in - the workers were very polite, the place was super clean and the floors were spotless! I just needed a basic pedicure, and I was seated and worked on within 5 minutes of being there. My nail technician was very detailed and took her time. Not in a rush at all. I probably got my feet pampered for about 45 minutes. Scrubbing, cutting, cuticle clean up, filing, massaging, hot towels and nail polish application. I also picked regular nail polish with a design, and they didn’t NOT push for gel. Which was nice. A great experience. I will highly recommend and I will go back.

Not friendly at all you have to be white so they can take good care of you, despite the fact that I left them a good tips, they still treated me like a trash talking about me and laughing all through I was so embarrassed, all this because I said I don’t like my nails, but still paid for it, will not recommend this place at all.

I had a great experience here! I was a walk-in client for a manicure and was seen immediately. I showed them a 2-tone design I found online and they talked amongst themselves to figure it out (not everyone working here speaks the same level of English but they made sure they understood what I wanted before proceeding). It took about 6-9 coats of polish to get the color looking how I wanted and they did everything with skill and patience. I looooooove how the nails turned out. I think the prices are not too bad for this area (my gel nails were $65 and took maybe an hour and a bit).

I wanted butterfly wings! I have them!
Requested style: I wanted an eclipse theme because I was going to see the eclipse. She gave me a very fun manicure to go along.
Stylist: Jade does a lovely job on my nails. I love her designs.
