Grace Studios is an incredible, welcoming, and encouraging place. The studio offers a wide range of classes, including yoga, strength, and meditation, that continue to challenge students each week and have become critical to their routines. Instructors emphasize that it is your workout, and they are there to guide you, which equips people with the confidence to push their limits when comfortable. Classes are all-level yet challenging, easy to follow yet a great workout, and are described as relaxing, joyous, and a wonderful way to boost energy. The studio itself is spacious and clean, with giant windows. It is not daunting, even for those new to fitness or living a sedentary lifestyle. First-time experiences are positive, with multiple men in classes helping everyone feel comfortable. Instructors and staff are welcoming, kind, clear, and extremely helpful. They offer a free intro class with zero pressure, and mats are free to borrow. After class, a delicious tea is offered. The studio also has a small boutique with cute gifts like candles and bath salts. Membership options include a great new student unlimited special and an amazing unlimited monthly membership. Grace Studios also guides retreats, which are better than expected. It is a place people look forward to attending and would absolutely visit again.
I love my yoga studio!!!! I’ve been coming for 8 months consistently thanks to Grace. The experience is welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable. No corporate yoga studio could compare. The teachers are very knowledgeable and inviting. Michele is a skilled teacher and has helped my practice so much. I love yall!

I did a drop in class here while traveling and it was great! Easy parking in a garage across the street, the studio was welcoming and bright and the instructors etc were very friendly. Recommend!
