I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!
I always find what I need in this Home Depot, even people.

Miserable experiences every time I’m at the laurel store. Half the time I drive an extra 20 minutes to go to Columbia. Inventory online is never accurate with what’s in the store and the employees (if you can find one) don’t know where anything as and don’t care to help you find it

Marya and Mickey were outstanding! Super friendly, super helpful and super knowledgeable. Took the time to help me find hard to reach stuff and made me feel like they genuinely appreciated me shopping at HD. Great store, great staff.

This place used to be better run, better stocked, better maintained, and had staff that actually could provide answers instead of just googling everything or sending you up to the customer service desk.
Just had a miserable experience trying to checkout. Took longer than it did to shop, The self-checkout scanners weren't working properly, and there was very little managerial staff to help out. Actually felt bad for some of the workers there who have to deal with it more often than I do.
Also there was a big bald guy lurking near the checkout in ragged clothes in a stained wife beater undershirt, don't know if he was supposed to be security or what but his presence definitely does not make me want to go to this location any longer.
Last time I'll be coming to this home Depot...

How in the world do they know where everything is!!?
I was just at this location buying plants with my mom for mother's day. The posted price was twice the register price! See pictures below.
Poor Customer service!!

I was shopping at your silver spring location yesterday when I heard one of your workers (an elderly woman) shout at another in an orange apron. The elderly worker was at the beginning of the aisle and the other lady was at the end of the aisle, on the opposite side. The lady was arranging somethings on the aisle when the elderly worker abruptly popped up out of nowhere and startled the other lady, causing her to seemingly lose her footing and took a nasty fall. I don't know if the elderly woman was reported but she should be. There was absolutely no viable reason for that elderly woman to have shouted and working in a store like that, is very dangerous. I continued to walk around the store and at some point asked someone in an orange apron who the elderly woman was and her name was Alyssa. I hope this doesn't reflect how the elder workers treat the younger workers at said establishment. This matter should not be taken lightly.
