I was here last year and very disappointed ☹️..
Their Hookah got nothing special the Waitress was not even understanding any English..
Regular Hookah is $10-$15 in most places .. if it goes so expensive you can pay up to $25.00 in some luxury places … this place is not Nice they charge for just a regular Hookah like $38.00 I was wondering ? why they got no customer…
I will Never ? go there again first and last time …

Very chill vibe, calm atmosphere. Hookah was great and the regular drinks they had were great! If you love sweet stuff the strawberry tea and coffee is top . The Mango and guava was also pretty good as well.Best and comfy place for hookah and chill out, I recommend this place it will be fun for everyone. Service was also great. Will visit soon

As a cistomer we went there to use some services, the lady she came to take our order, she is so nasty I'm sure she is high or on something. I even asked if she is okay literally she was about to fight us. I wish there is 0 rating. I don't recommend to anyone to go there. Worst customer service and place ever.

I went there yesterday after a friend convinced me to go ( I had earlier vowed not to return there because of the rude hostesses). We had sat down and bought drinks and hookah, and a particular very rude hostess came to tell us that the table was sold. just as we were trying to carry our stuff they snatched them away and took them to the kitchen saying we were being slow (we had barely touched the items). On top of that this rude hostess kept disrespecting us with words and hand gestures and general attitude! I would never return there even if they were the last place on earth! They treat people like thrash just because they have people in line waiting to pay to get in! DONT GO THERE!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!

Met my family there for Sunday brunch-14 people. We had 2 youth 8 and 10 and 12 adults (a diverse age group-8 to 89 yrs old). Food was great-everything was good. Great variety of food, omelets, waffles, j*** chicken, greens seafood-something for everyone to eat. Customer Service was good-the waiter came back several times to check on us. The only downfall is parking-although there is a garage 2 blocks away-they is a long walk for someone on a cane. (finally found street parking after 15 minutes). The food was replenished frequently-I was able to eat shrimp all afternoon!!!!!

The food was great and I very much enjoyed the live entertainment. I look forward to summer time when the roof top lounge can open its retractable roof.

Hot Spot is a real chill hookah spot for the person that wants to come in and unwind or just have a spot to chilll alone/a few people. Sometimes I want to enjoy a hookah but can't find a place that isn't a club. This is the perfect place for that. The waitress is real nice and accommodating. The place is clean and serves a delicious hookah. They even do a great double apple! They don't have any food but allow you to bring it from local restaurants. Their drink selection is limited, but I do suggest the tea! They bring you a whole pot of it!

This was a nice place to visit on a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was relaxed and the food was good. I will come again.
