This lady right here is racist she will profile you (if you’re black) as soon as you come into the store.
She will follow you around, act as if she’s on the phone and state that “it’s suspicious activity going on” for no reason at all.
This was the worst experience of my life I would never be returning to this location.

The male man that’s works there in front as a cashier , very lazy he really forced me to pay in self cashier only because I was paying credit cards, he iwas really mean. And when you are paying alone they are really in your face like you are stealing something, that’s why I rather wants to pay at the counter , but they don’t want to do that now. Unless you are paying cash 😐

Store looks like a junky resale store. Clothes scattered everywhere especially the floor.

Horrible customer service. Not willing to work with customers to resolves issues. Only one person working the cash register for both purchases, Kohls returns, and Amazon returns.

This store no longer allows you to use a cashier if you pay with a card. Instead of a quick 3-4 minute process where a cashier experienced with the specifics of the Kohls checkout process provides knowledgeable service, the time burden is transferred to the customer to spend a good 10-12 minutes fumbling around their system, ultimately still needing a cashier to assist with purchasing, remove security tags, or perform customer service functions because the copious coupons did not ring up. If they don’t value the customer’s time, I don’t have to shop here.

Staff look so miserable and unhappy. They don't greet customers with a smile or seem interested at all. I noticed staff was following me and my kids as if we were shoplifting. I was there for 30min and left. I work too hard and make 3x their salary for some retail employee to treat me and my kids like potential criminals. NOPE!! Items are overpriced. I'll take my money elsewhere...
