Excellent attention! The phlebotomist is excellent, she took my sample and I didn't even realize it, I didn't have an appointment and they took the trouble to assist me because I was there and didn't know that I had to make an appointment. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been to a handful of lab corps, and none compare to this one. The staff here is patient, listen to you, and idk whether they use smaller needles or something but I swear I never even feel a pinch here. I sometimes get faint when I have blood drawn, and this is the only office that is considerate of that and will let me lay down or get water if need be. I don’t usually go to labcorps expecting good customer service and am usually thankful to even get an experienced tech - but here you get both and more. Kudos to the staff here for being awesome ?
PS: This location is appointments only…which is a good thing because if you have an appointment because there is no crowded waiting room or overstressed staff.

This place is awful! The website says walk ins welcome and then when I got there (fasted btw) they said you have to make an appointment. I showed the girl that the website says walk ins are welcome with their address right under that sentence and she said no it should say appointment only. Then she pointed at a sign on the door of the office confirming walk ins not welcome. I’m like so walk ins don’t know they are not welcome until they arrive here? Why can’t I just make an appointment? My son and I were refused medical services. I would give them a negative rating if I could. She gave us the address to another facility and when I asked to call to make sure they will see us she refused. Zero customer service or even help in any way. I wouldn’t trust these people with my personal information anyway. When I asked for the corporate information to provide feedback she said they are not all connected, so she just gave me her supervisors card— what a joke! Waste of my time and gas!

Arleen was so patient with me and really made me feel taken care of when I felt faint. She didn’t rush me out the door and made sure I was okay before leaving. Thanks again!

My favorite Labcorp location. Appointments required is the reason I choose this location. Plenty of parking. Online checkin and receiving a text when they are ready allows me to completely avoid the waiting room! The staff are very kind and professional!

Was here at 4:40 was told by the building security guard they close at 4:30 to have patients out by 5:00. On the website and the door posted states they close at 5:00

I came to labcorp for a quick blood draw. I scheduled my appt about 2 weeks prior. The check-in process was extremely easy. I checked in from my phone and the site tells you that you are able to wait in your car or any close location (i.e., Parking lot). Within 1-2minutes, I got the text that the lab tech was ready for me. I came in and was seen right away. It's been years since I've had a person as efficient and effective as Shena (my labcorp tech) when it comes to performing venipuncture. Many other providers label me a "hard stick" and usually multiple people stick me multiple times before they are able to draw blood. Sheena did it one time and it was quick and easy. This has literally been exceptional service. Who's giving Shena a raise?! Thank you for you wonderful service.

I get the feeling that a lot of the negative reviews are because the location is appointment-only. This is my favorite labcorp location and I go well out of my way to use it, because the phlebotomists are always kind and professional.

Visit a labcorp to get blood work done for my upcoming daughter's surgery and I was refuse service. The labcorp closes at 5PM. Nothing on the site indicated that the office closes at 430PM.Customer service is less than perfect on their number. Latoya at the University location was very rude and consider herself to be a doctor.
