My favorite Labcorp location. Appointments required is the reason I choose this location. Plenty of parking. Online checkin and receiving a text when they are ready allows me to completely avoid the waiting room! The staff are very kind and professional!

This LabCorp location is by appointment only. Do not waste your time trying to walk in.

I came to labcorp for a quick blood draw. I scheduled my appt about 2 weeks prior. The check-in process was extremely easy. I checked in from my phone and the site tells you that you are able to wait in your car or any close location (i.e., Parking lot). Within 1-2minutes, I got the text that the lab tech was ready for me. I came in and was seen right away. It's been years since I've had a person as efficient and effective as Shena (my labcorp tech) when it comes to performing venipuncture. Many other providers label me a "hard stick" and usually multiple people stick me multiple times before they are able to draw blood. Sheena did it one time and it was quick and easy. This has literally been exceptional service. Who's giving Shena a raise?! Thank you for you wonderful service.

I get the feeling that a lot of the negative reviews are because the location is appointment-only. This is my favorite labcorp location and I go well out of my way to use it, because the phlebotomists are always kind and professional.

Visit a labcorp to get blood work done for my upcoming daughter's surgery and I was refuse service. The labcorp closes at 5PM. Nothing on the site indicated that the office closes at 430PM.Customer service is less than perfect on their number. Latoya at the University location was very rude and consider herself to be a doctor.

I had a pretty good experience at this Labcorp. This location is by appointment only and there are literally only 2 seats in the waiting area.I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and was seen right on time. My friend with me had an appointment for 30 mins later, but since we arrived and checked in together, they saw her early. The phlebotomist was fast and good! She was friendly and straightforward throughout the process. My vien can sometimes be hard to find, but she found it immediately and got it on the first try. One of the downsides of this location is that it is not private. There is a window connecting it to the waiting area and people can see right in to you getting your labwork done. The waiting space is really small and there is no TV, so watching people in the room is almost a given. The other downside is the check in system. You sign up for the appointment online and give them all your info then. It gives you a QR code to scan at the check in Kiosk, but the kiosk never requested the QR code. So once there, I had to start from scratch typing in all of my info again (address, insurance, ect.)

Wasted an hour trying to get routine bloodwork done. First the location they send me to is closed with a note on the door dated several weeks ago noting they have moved, then they can't process me at the other location because they need to see the paper form of the same doctor's order that both they and the insurance they plan to bill have had access to longer than me. Guess I'll try again tomorrow.

I have gone to the University Blvd West LabCorp near 4 Corners in Silver Spring several times. I am squeamish about blood tests. The phlebotomists here are the gentlest I have ever found. I barely felt the needle. And every one of them is exceptionally kind.

So messed up that it’s nowhere on the website that it’s appointment only. What about people who work and/ or have to ride public transportation to get here?Amended- the staff were very professional here once I DID get an appt and also it was very clean. I’d go to this location again

I recently went to Labcorps for some routine blood work. It was easy to book an appointment online. I was tipped off that the building might be hard to find by other reviews, but just kept an eye out for the Mary’s Center sign as it’s in the same building. There is a parking lot so no issues there. The elevator is out of order but I also knew that in advance and it wasn’t a problem for me. Once inside I just checked in on the digital screen and waited. The staff was efficient and professional and the process went fine. I would go back to this location (and probably will).

Excellent service. Checked in 15 minutes before my appointment. They took me in 5 mins before my apt. I was out of there 5 mins later. Staff was profession and friendly. Not at all hard to find with Google maps. It is wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.
