The Lady who sits at the front with short hair and her mask below her nose has an incredibly nasty and rude attitude. She speaks to people as if we are all stupid except her. They lady who actually drew my blood however, was quite nice.

Blood draw was great, no complaints there. The front desk staff on the other hand lost my order from my doctor three times, and openly made fun of my last name to me and my mother.

The lady who was assisting us at the front desk on the right side date 11/26/2021 at 8:43am I came in and she was super rude she definitely don’t need to deal with Patients
