I almost never leave reviews but i have to today because the Plum Orchard Labcorp is the BEST. I was done w my appointment in three minutes! And the phlebotomist was kind, friendly and most importantly, skilled. Pain free and stress free. Thank you!!!

Called the location to confirm the hours to perform a drug test. The lady on the phone was rude and gave no sorts of greeting. She then answered my question Annoyingly. I show up the clinic with all the workers huddled around in front & was handed a paper of other locations that do drug testing. She stated that “we arent doing drug testing because our bathrooms are out of service.” I just drove to that location with a full bladder to find out they weren’t doing testing. I could have been informed over the phone an 45 mins prior when I made that initial phone call.

This office is very efficient. I was the third person in line this morning. Abby, the tech, took my blood an it was painless! I was in and out in less than 12 minutes.

Workers screaming at each other and raising voices wasn’t really the thing I wanted to hear after already being nervous. Seems like a very odd work environment to be in.

Sheena was amazing with my young daughter. Was so calm throughout, explained every thing and every step. Was dreading the procedure, but the whole blood draw took less than one minute and NO CRYING!

REALLY DESERVE NO STARS AT ALL!!!Not quite sure how this establishment or LabCorp site was awarded for customer service or have received such great reviews. From the phone call I made prior to coming down to the operations of the facility, I was dissatisfied. Called and phone rang and rang. Kept being sent to voicemail. When I finally reached someone, she answered with no greeting and full of attitude. She then tells me that they aren't busy at the moment so I could come now, which begs to question why my previous phones weren't answered.When I arrived, still not greeting and I was pointed to the kiosk with no eye contact. I sat for 20mins and then told to go to room 3 (no escorted). Young lady came in drew my blood and told me that their plumbing was not working and that I would have to take the urine cup down the hall and around the corner to the public restroom and bring the urine sample back. If I was a shifty person, I could've had anyone meet me in the bathroom to provide urine to beat a drug test. I was then told to bring it back and someone would "let you know where to put it." Came back and the young lady at the front desk says to me "the doors open," yet still not eye contact. Walked throug the door and stopped in the first room on the right, held up the cup and asked where would the ladies like me to place the cup. Young lady says, "you can place it right in the basket where it clearly says "Please urine Here." It's not what she said, but how she said it.The unprofessionalism, unfriendliness and BAD customer service that I have recevied from this place for the second time is unbelievable. Why work a job if you (1) hate what you do or (2) hate dealing with people or the public.I would not recommend this establishment or site to anyone. Frankly, LabCorp should really remove the whole staff and replace them. Moreover, offer mandatory customer services training for their staff.

I came into labcorp to get my blood drawn recently for a simple physical. Ms. Sheena was so kind. I’m 27, with major clinical anxiety, a fear of needles, and Ms. Sheena was just so calming. I absolutely would recommend this location. No bruising and great care!

The doctor ordered the Ova Parasite tests. Be forewarned, and believe the many people who have given up hope because these test results are usually false/incorrect. We identified liver, flukes, fluke eggs that look like sunflower seeds, pieces of a tapeworm. I really feel sorry for people who are suffering. There’s no hope when the medical profession is so inefficient. It’s a good thing we took pictures! Had we not taking pictures, we would’ve been in the delusional parasitic category like many others before us.

Easy appointment selection. Frequent communication and status of appointment. Easy check-in. This facility was very well managed. All staff was welcoming and helpful. The tech was extremely patient and knowledgeable with my daughter. The facility was clean and organized. This was the best lab experience I’ve had in years.

I arrived at opening time at 7:30am on a Friday, as a walk-in. Excellent experience for routine lab work. All personnel were skilled, polite, and considerate. Blood-draw was pain-free, leaving virtually no mark on my skin. Used new type of non-stick tape. Facility was very pleasant and hygienic. In and out in less than thirty minutes.

There was a lady at the front desk that said I was check in but never took my paper work or id I say there for hour n half while seeing other people come in and out while I was one of the first person there. Another lady took my information and I was called back less then 5 mins. Think the lady working the front desk should do less socializing about non work topics and focus more on her job and helping the patients out.

Such a great experience that I have been driving past closer LabCorp locations, every two days, to get my blood drawn here.Receptionists are all so nice! They care about you! Seriously!The two phlebotomists I've had were skilled, super friendly, professional, and just top notch. Friendly with my toddlers. Made my day. The best!!

A super smooth experience from start to finish, and my first time at any Labcorp. The check in process was self service and very efficient. I was a walk-in and they took me back straight away--I probably came at an off time.Chrissy is an angel. I usually have a rough time getting blood tests and it's often several agonizing minutes of a tech trying to get my blood going, but this was over in barely two minutes with me feeling barely a thing. Such a lovely lady who deserves good recognition!
