I was pleasantly surprised when I came here looking to purchase a new vehicle. I really have nothing but good things to say about my experience at this place. They were very fair when it came to negotiating, and treated me with kindness and respect. Huge shoutout to Younis Ahmed as he went above and beyond. Maribel was also very nice and helped me find the vehicle I was looking for. I’d definitely recommend!

I very rarely leave reviews, this is one business that is deserving of one! I recently purchased my 2023 Tesla here!Mo Nafei (Manager) made sure I drove away with a great deal! He made sure I got the best experience. Phat Yuth is the BEST (SALES REP) he made sure he found what I wanted and made sure it met all my expectations! He walked me through the whole process and is very attentive and knowledgeable. Yev (Finance manager) he was awesome, he was knowledgeable he answered all my questions. Was so in-depth with product. I drove away with a big smile on my face. Thanks for the exceptional salesmen dedication and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a car-buying experience!

Mohamed Nafei deserves to be fired as a holiday present. I would call him a slimy bug on the bottom of a shoe but at least bugs have value. Best part of today were his lackeys that snicker and laugh at whatever he says. Couldn't wait to leave this place. Being seen there would lower my reputation. Truthfully speaking, stay away from this place. They will treat you like you are stupid and lower than dirt for having walked through the door.

This review is only about the experience I had when I went to buy my car. It has been only 2 days so I don't know/cant say much about the quality of the car yet.That said, I had a great experience at this place. Angela has been very kind , and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. She understood every question and was very compassionate and just wonderful. Maribel helped us so much with explaining the finances and she was very kind and patient with us as well. The manager never came out of his cubicle, he kept sending Maribel to us for every question we had. I didnt find that appropriate or respectful at all. Yuv helped us a lot after we decided to buy the car, with paperwork and explaining what each document entails. Tekle explained some of our questions very well and was willing to help us understand, should we have questions.Overall, I had a great experience at this place and hope I dont get disappointed by the car I bought.Thank you.

Twice been there. Twice given the wrong address. The second time, we texted and emailed and made an appointment to look at a specific car... Which had been sold the day prior, before we even made arrangements. Huge waste of our time due to their disorganization.

Terrible Post Sales, my car is there, the second time I take it due to factory failures and I don't know if they overload their technicians but they are always behind, they do not take proper responsibility for factory failures, it is definitely not a good brand and the service makes everything worse, I am still waiting for an answer, calls, email, chat... nothing works.

Avoid this collision shop like the plague. Without going into a very long story, the incompetency of the staff was overwhelming. They at first refused a repair until it was approved by GEICO and even when GEICO approved it they still wouldn't give me my car. I called GEICO to complain, and they said they would talk to the collision center to straighten it out. The collision center then said the car would be ready on Saturday morning, but then called me on Friday late afternoon, telling me the car wouldn't be ready until Monday because the car washer had gone home.I called Monday morning and said I would be there at 11 a.m. They said all was good. But when I arrived, they again said GEICO had not approved the transaction and couldn't give me the car.I called GEICO, and they basically threatened the center, and I finally got my car.Believe it or not, this is the short version!

Sales person lied to us about which vehicle we were there for. He tried to sell us a car that was over our budget without telling us. He then kept us waiting for 2 hours while he chatted with his buddies and kept coming back to say hes working on the finances.

After waiting 15 months for a Maverick I ordered (not their fault, supply chain issues and Ford selling more than expected) they tried to charge 10k over MSRP for an order I signed and paid a small deposit for. They ended up double charging for delivery that was already built into the MSRP window sticker price. Did they not think I could see the window sticker on the Ford Tracking app? If you're ordering a truck, stay away because they will try and fleece you after keeping you in the dark. This is the reason Ford is trying to move away from the dealership model and will be contacting corporate about this. I ordered my Maverick back in 2021. If you are looking for a dealer without underhanded tactics look for the Maverick Dealer Integrity map. It will show all the dealers in the area that will not try to add over 1/3 of the truck's price to the sale due to "market adjustments" on your own order.

This place tried to charge me the Ford blue oval electric vehicle charging station fee for $2000 when I tried to buy a 100% gas vehicle.They also told me over the phone that my my finacing with my bank would be fine, then magically when I showed up it was a issue and tell me I wasnt "negotiating" by not taking there financing. This place is only looking to take advantage of someone.

Definitely got a sketchy vibe from this place.They wanted to add on a $1200 "freight charge" to the used car. "Oh, that's totally normal," the guy said. I don't think so. He also tried to spotlight the car by pointing out it didn't have a gas cap. Wow, that's amazing! I would avoid them.

Go to another dealer and get a guarantee that they will honor MSRP at time of reservation.Put in a reservation for a Ford Maverick and a few months in, I realized (through reading Ford forums) that Lindsey Ford charge significantly over MSRP for reservation holders. I went to talk to the sales rep and said they couldn't honor MSRP due to "Market Value". I explained that I would've went to another dealership if I would've known and that they are just taking advantage of customers and would be losing them in the long term. I also threatened to move the reservation to another dealer, but found out that that is not possible and that I would have to wait for the 2023 Maverick. After arguing with the sales rep, the best they could do is $3000 above MSRP, which they signed on the reservation paperwork. The car finally arrived after a year of waiting they didn't even call me when it arrived - I had to find out through the Ford tracking website. When I came in to purchase the car, I showed the reservation slip and they said that the $3,000 above MSRP was from the sticker price, which by that point increased by $2,000 due to the significant production delays. They also tried to tack on an extra $1,495 delivery fee on top of the $1,495 that was already accounted for in the price. I called BS and they removed the fee. I ended up settling for $3,000 above MSRP in the reservation, which is $5,000 above the original MSRP at the time of reservation. Long story short, do your homework, get a price guarantee, and never do business with Lindsay Ford.
