I’ve been at this shop about 3 times over the years. They are relatively nice in my experience and they get the job done. Last time I had my car serviced it was returned full of dust and having a strong paint smell on the inside. The paint also had air bubbles on the driver’s side and one of the jobs they did for me started cracking easily after someone bumped into my bumper at a parking lot. To be fair, they were busy last time I was there and was in a rush to get my car back because my insurance wouldn’t cover my rental for much longer. Also, they gave me a low price for the paint job on my bumper but they said the quality wouldn’t be affected. Overall, good experience but communication could be better.

I got an estimate from a body shop around the corner which was for thousands of dollars . I then checked out M&D body and they saved me thousands of dollars on a good repair. I also liked the fact that it seems to be a woman run business at this point.

Family was referred to Carlos many years ago by a close mechanic friend and is the only auto body shop we go to. Throughout more than a decade, he’s done honest, affordable and quick work. Never had a problem and always delivered good energy. Thank you.

Took my car for a side door repair. Other shops offered to get a replacement door, while this guys saved me the money and got it repaired.

Our family has taken three vehicles to M&D Auto Body in the last year. Each repair was an out of pocket repair and did not involve insurance. Our repairs ranged from $600 to $1400.
The staff are friendly, professional, and I have been satisfied with the estimates, the scheduled downtime, the repair and paint work provided to each of our vehicles. All of their work was performed on schedule and they never called me with an unexpected request for additional funding to complete the work!
This is a cash, money order, cashier's check business so make sure to have the funds available to pay for the great service M&D Auto Body, Inc provides.
This is now my go to shop for paint and body work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND M&D Auto Body to anyone in need of their services.

Was late for an appointment. Didn’t need vehicle back that day and manager of establishment yelled at me like I was a child and not the customer who was about to pay him for a service. I’m 50 yo, 6’3”, from Brooklyn, and I have own and manage a successful franchise in home improvement for 17 yrs now. Most unprofessional experience of my entire LIFE. I can’t imagine literally yelling at a customer for them showing up late for an appointment. Long story short this clown continued to disrespect me after a short exchange and that is where I drew the line and cussed him out in the loudest New York manner possible before taking my business elsewhere. You would be wise to do the same. Disgusting service!!!

My insurance company quoted $2,000 for the damage to my car, but I stopped here and it ended up being a quick fix - thanks to Carlos for the quick service and kindness!

M&D's quote was 1/3 of the closest other quote. The body work and paint job were excellent, as was the service, information, promptness etc. When I pointed out a very small imperfection it was taken care of immediately. Thanks so much Suzie and Carlos!

I have known M&D for many years having been referred by a close friend Who owned an auto parts business. M&D was not known as an A-level body shop but a solid B where you could save money and still get good work. Something has changed. Over the years, the owners I have referred have started complaining and I experienced first-hand why. Carlos, the owner is the root of the problem. My nephew took his Optima there recently to have his rear bumper cover repaired. He paid $235 to have 3 DRYWALL screws put in his bumper cover. When I stopped by this morning to ask Carlos how this could be considered acceptable, he got real aggressive with me and my brother and things got close to getting out of hand. Mind you, I never attacked him. I just showed him a parts diagram on paper and asked for an explanation. In the end, the technician came out, removed a few screws and showed us that the bumper cover was damaged beyond repair. No problem with his explanation but the jackleg repair should have at least been stainless screws and with caps to look decent. Carlos nearly started an altercation with his unprofessional and threatening response to reasonable questions. I am an automotive industry professional with 30+ years experience. Hundreds of friends, family and colleague contact me constantly asking for auto referrals for repair, purchase, parts, modification and more. In good faith, I can no longer refer anyone to M&D again. Avoid this place. If you have already used them and have an issue, approach the owner, Carlos, with caution.

They leave it super good, I recommend them, but to each their own. They decide and have their opinion but in my opinion they are one of the best and comfortable

Very bad place, I took my car and they didn't do their job well. I came back several times to talk to the owner and he was very angry and ran me out of the place and in the end they ended up putting a different color bumper on my truck ?

I have been visiting this body shop for the past 10 years. I fixed my cars, I also referred many of my friends and family members here. Everyone I referred to this shop was satisfied with the results, prices, and speed.Prices are very convenient, they match any offer and even provide better ones. This shop is very fast, arrange an appointment bring your vehicle early in the morning and you will receive it fixed mostly by the end of the same day, unless the damage is extensive.I recommend M&D, owned by Carlos, his team in the office, and his technicians in the workshop to fix your cars.Dr. Shakir Jawad.Services: Painting
