Tamsir helped my mother and I find the best mattress for my mom. Thanks to Tamsir’s knowledge, nice personality, and understanding it made it easier to find a mattress that met my mother’s needs. We appreciated his caring nature and thoughtfulness as well.

I needed a new mattress, and found Mattress Firm in Silver Spring. Manny was amazing. He helped me figure out which mattress would work for my particular needs (I have back issues) and how to use interest free financing. Best service ever. So glad I went to this store and that Manny was there to answer all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase I made!

Very easy mattress buying experience. No hustling or heavy upsells, I found the mattress by stating what I wanted: King, hybrid, medium. The sales rep pointed out the mattresses that fit my specs, it’s in stock and being delivered Friday. Their in house purchasing through Synchrony was easy to use and though I could have paid the reasonable cost (which included delivery, haul away, and a mattress and box spring) I elected to do 24 months same as cash. Go see Manny and never have another night of bad sleep. Maybe. I’ll update if delivery is a pain lol. My one regret is earliest delivery in four days. Otherwise 5/5

Just got a great deal on a great mattress. Manny put me at ease and explained all the features of the mattresses I tried. He let me take my time with no pressure. I doubt I'll need it but the 120 day return period is good to have on a purchase like this!

Tasmir was wonderful! We came in this afternoon in hopes of doing some initial research to replace our bed. We left with a new mattress and an adjustable base! Tasmir patiently showed us many models and was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was attentive but not overwhelming. We would highly recommend paying Tasmir a visit!

I want to acknowledge Tamsir's great customer service while I was at the store looking for the right mattress and prices, he displayed a great deal of patience, knowledge and a genuine desire to assist customers who were already in the store and with me. I noticed he was the only one in the store assisting customers that day, and he was extremely professional showing a kind demeanor. I told Tamsir, I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to the Mattress Firm Silver Spring location. I had a very successful experience dealing with Tamsir.
