July 5 2024: metro having issues w track closures, stoppages and bus schedules that are not adhered to as coordinated with Trip planner. Unusual and disappointed.
What was a 30 min commute MD to DC from Silver Spring station is changed from ac45-1 hour 15 min commute to DC from Friendship Heights metro station from hom
However today bud transger is over an over, unacceptable, and it is taking over two hours to get home
Please provide free parking at Friebdship Height metro or neighborhood streets while Silver Speinf metro is being repaired.
I can drive here then and use trains. The buses take too long and are inaccurate on schedule.’

It's good to know that everyone already knows not to come to this store. My daughter and I checked the Black Friday ads and came in to upgrade her line. All the prices were posted online and in the store; yet, when I requested to upgrade at the price on the sign, I was told: "We no longer do that." And that we'd have to pay outright for a $500 iPhone. Meanwhile, as my daughter and her father discussed what to do (after being told MetroPCS has also cancelled her insurance on the line with no notification), the store MANAGER who had to be in her early 40s, proceeds to - like a CHILD- turn up loud music on her phone played through a speaker in the store, so that my daughter had to step out into the loud mall. Meanwhile, there was NO ONE ELSE in the store and no reason to do that. Four employees standing around doing nothing! None of them could even take the initiative to take down the "inaccurate" price tags. Yeah, scams abound. The manager was having some worker call a customer to get a picture of his credit card to "refund him." I can't. T-Mobile and MetroPCS need to do better by customers, until then, we will shop at the Apple Store.

Customer service Representatives does not know what they are trained for. First, they are rude, second, not helpful and my 2 lines have been wrongfully screwed up. Mangers are never available to help get your service correct after the Customer Service Representative has caused a bad issue. My phone has not function properly since I purchased it. I am fed up with this location. This store should be closed... permanently.

The personnel intentionally gave me false information about cellphone plans - I have got completely different information at a Metro location in DC. It seemed as the workers did not want to stop their internal conversation and said to me false information just to get rid of me and return to their talk asap. Very bad customer service... I would never go there as it was a complete waste of time

Store manager Dee and Chester was very professional, fast and efficient.. Recommend upgrades even though I declined, I'm glad I got great customer service.

I had really bad experience with Metro PCS at this location; They tried to upsell phone insurance; phone call details and higher plan although I did not ask for it as well as tried to return a pretty low performing device in 3 days which they refused to accept it although they have open 14days return policy posted. Impossible to reach to their store or district managers; filed several complaints to corporate line without any outcome.
