Crap company to work for - you sell your soul away to them (even when sick with a doctors note) lacking in morals empathy etc - things happen in life... they wonder why they have such a high turnaround rate with employees... well don't wonder anymore... I would give this company negative 10 stars if I could

What was to be a quick repair ended up a prolonged, negative experience. The manager said one thing upon dropping my car and after delivering the quote at significantly higher price, the shop tried to pigeon-toe me into self paying. The staff members continuously tried to avoid answering my calls and did not work with my insurance company. Even my insurance adjuster was disappointed in this experience.I was also told my car would be ready 4 days later and I didn’t get it until two weeks later. The excuse: if you work with insurance, it automatically extends the time. The staff didn’t even call me once it was finished, I had to have my husband call and found it was ready yesterday! Strikingly different service than the dealership and I was overall disappointed. I only gave them two stars because the end product looks like new again. I guess a win in the end but the process was terrible.

I am following up on my wife’s review and the response to her review from the owner. The main issue was poor customer service and communication from the shop. Which when i look at other reviews seems to be a trend. Especially with Kevin, who is the manager, the one who should have the best customer service. The owner reached out after my wife left a review and did explain everything to me and apologized. However, i never got the feeling anyone would be disciplined for the things that should never had happened, bad customer service and communication. The owner’s response to my wife’s review felt like justification for how the timing of everything worked out but never addressed the biggest issues. The timing of the repair, insurance paying vs self pay, and everything else wouldn’t have been a big deal if the customer service and communication was better. Being in a customer service driven industry myself I know first hand it will make or break the customer’s experience and in the end how they perceive your company.Service: Body & Trim

AVOID! Awful service! For two days car sat they didn’t transport it. And when they took the car lady at MileOne said we are transporters to body shops do not call us or ask us any questions, basically dont bother us. After taking to unknown Mile One body shop for one month nothing done to the car (car had small scratches), after three weeks they only sent estimate to insurance! Save your time, money, nerves AVOID MileOne! If I could give no star I would!

I'm done happy with the way they services too slow in the motion, I'm dropping my car in the shop Amos 3 weeks for repair but not done yet. I call customer service they said transfer to a dealership. I call the dealership they said they don't know...... what are you doing

I honestly had a terrible experience here. My car sat for over 2 months with continued excuses of weather closures, holidays and just BS. It was never an apology always very defensive unprofessional dialogue. The manager Kevin hung up on me and ignored my calls for days before I had to physically go into the office to get a status update on my repairs….JUST to find out nothing was done. I was not expecting this experience from a major brand link this. Go somewhere else, save your self the headache. WORST BODY SHOP EVER !!! They waste your time, very rude staffs, ridiculously expensive, they took forever to just fix a tiny scratch and little dent on my car, if you don’t want your time wasted, do not bother coming here, just go somewhere else? Worst body work ever and they take forever to do shoddy work. If your vehicle is damaged in an accident, don't have it repaired at MileOne Body Shop Express. I've had USAA Insurance for over 45 years and even they weren't helpful.

Kevin is extremely dismissive and not friendly at all, when I first called a few days prior he seemed to be agitated over the phone but I always give people the benefit of the doubt so I continued with setting up an appointment.When I entered into the office today, Election Day, I DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL, just rude for no reason.Kevin called me about 30 min after me leaving in regards to my estimate, Verbatim he says “This is Kevin, yea you can take your car somewhere else because I waited on hold for 15 min with your insurance” I just cut the conversation short and said thanks have a good day.

I had a part replaced on the upper rear bumper of my GLS450 and the silver trim above it was injured during the repair process. The manager opted to replace the injured piece however that was three weeks ago and the part was to be available within two days. Due to mile one's parts policy I have no choice but to wait. Clock is still ticking...I'm trying to remain patient.
