Review from my Uncle!!Out of the upmost respect, I find your employees very professional in assisting customers with mobility by giving them the option to feel and learn more about the scooter by renting it to people with disabilities. If anybody who are interest in buying or renting a scooter, Mobility Solutions is the place for you!! We searched Amazon high and low but we couldn’t find nothing in our price range, so go local with Mobility Solutions. They offer transportation services if you need them to bring it you to if you are borrowing or renting.

Dale was wonderful! He helped me with a wheelchair for my husband who just had knee surgery... we planned a trip to DC - bad timing- but the wheelchair was awesome. They delivered it to our AirBNB - super easy to work with, wonderful service, priced fairly. Highly recommend!

The team here had me from quick phone call to picking up a great rental with efficiency and friendliness. They even have an offer where (if they have stock) you can apply your rental rate to purchasing the used scooter that you rented.Everyone there was great

This company is hands down a pleasure to work with. They got my stairlift installed within a day! They worked with me and gave me a fair price. I mean let’s face it being disabled isn’t cheap! But when you have a company like them it’s a breath of fresh air. I will use them for all my mobility needs

We could not be more pleased and happier with the services we received. My sister and a brother had both used this company years earlier and highly recommended them. They could not have been more accommodating and within 2 days of our initial call, the selected stair lift was installed. All the employees were polite, professional and courteous. The install was done in a professional, neat, and workmanlike manner. Could not have found a better company to deal with. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing service. Called them on a Friday morning for an urgent need to get a stairlift installed before Monday evening. Owner sent someone to measure a few hours later, they came back to install Monday morning and were done in 2 hours. No surprises on fees, upfront who just want to help. Truly a lifesaver.

Friendly and easy service. Super nice. Helped load the wheel chair and wasn't expensive. When my grandma comes back I will definitely use them again.

I called Mobility Solutions in the morning to help fix my dear friend's walker (walking aide). My friend, who is disabled, cannot go anywhere without the aide of her walker. They understood the urgency, and kindly assured me that a technician will visit within a few hours; this was despite their busy schedule. John was at my friend's a few hours later (despite a tornado warning in the area I should add!!), and was able to fix the walker in a very short time. These people are kind, considerate, empathetic and experts at their profession. Not only will we call them again should we need their help, Ann and I will be sure to recommend them to everyone we know who could use their services. Thank you so much Dale and John.

Family owned company.Superb customer service.They love what they do.A few months ago we needed a stair lift. I called them for advice and prices, expecting this to take a few weeks to complete. It took less than 48 hours. They came out, showed us our options. We made our choice, and they went into action. The stair lift was completely installed by afternoon of the next day.The stair lift is still working fine. So I wanted to make them my first Google review.

We were in a desperate situation needing a stairlift. They came out within 48 hours and installed the lift. We had it in the house for five months never requiring adjustments or repairs. When it was time to remove it, once again they came back as promised and removed it without any problem. I highly recommend their service.
