Understaffed and very slow. I understand that people don't come into the branch much but this is ridiculous. The simplist transactions took forever and involved multiple people. There was only one teller at 330 on a Thursday. It took me over an hour to cash a check

I hate to write bad reviews. I've been waiting to see a teller for 35 minutes and there is still 3 people in front of me. Had to wait outside, in the cold, for a long time. This is not the tellers fault, it's management. If you know you're on of the busiest banks in the area, get more tellers or stop walking around and asking people if they want to open a new credit card. Rather go help out. Frustrated is an understatement.

Customer service is bad. They treat white people different than Hispanics. They are extremely slow. This is my first time here. And I hated not only the attitude of the clientele but of the reps too. I will never return here again. I rather travel.

This bank takes forever. Going through the drive through will take you about an hour. It seems like if you go to the drive through they have the people that take care of the inside customers do the transaction like their drive through window computer doesn't work or something. If I could give this customer service no stars I would. Just expect to be there for half a day if you pick this bank location.

Drove up to the teller today and was greeted by an extremely rude woman, Brooke. We've been going to this bank for 20 years and understand how it works. It didn't coincide with how she runs things and she aggressively made us drive away to fill out a slip and yelled that we have to do this because we weren't prepared. She could have calmly explained to us what needed to be done, instead of having a nasty attitude. Seriously turned off by her service as it was off-putting and mean. We drove up and was instantly hit with her negativity. She may have thought we have honked at her initially (not us honking btw). She showed zero hospitality and helpfulness.

Every. Single. Time. Ridiculously long wait! With 8 customers in line and only one teller, do you think they could add staff? They have no drive thru anymore and there are still some things you have to go into the bank for. Sigh.

They never have enough workers and they always run out of temporary cards. Management is very unorganized. This branch is an embarrassment to all Bank of America's.

This location STINKS... They took out the drive up window so you are forced to go inside, to long lines and rude employees. I will not go back to this location, and am planning on moving this account to another bank. The last straw was when I was told I could NOT make a deposit, YES deposit.. I have Never had a bank tell me I couldn't put money in!!! Asked to speak to the manager, and she told me the same thing, wasted 20 minutes of my time. Went to the Olney branch and was in and out in less than 5 minutes... no problem at all.

Worst bank ever. Always short staffed as if they don't know that'll get busy. Never have I seen more than one teller handling customers n I constantly see everyone else just walking around laughing it up. Close down the bank if u won't take care of your customers properly.

I go to this bank once a week and there is always one teller working with a minimum of 5 costumers in line. Whoever runs this bank needs some kind of business management refresher course.

This place is the worst. Make sure you come with a lot of time on your hands. Staff is slow and seem to not know what they are doing. Again, super slow!!!!

Why am I still a Bank of America customer? It's 90 degrees in here, there are 12 people in line and only one teller actually helping anyone. Most of us have been standing here over 30 minutes and the elderly have had to sit and go to the bathroom and we are still waiting. On top of this the exorbitant fees they charge for everything are insulting. So why am I still a customer? Well after today I won't be and you shouldn't either. Unbelievable!

Slow. So slow. No lines and it's still slow. Literally took 5 minutes just to get into my safety deposit box, lady in front took the slowest time to do what she was doing with my ID.
