Same Mr Wash Car Wash offers vacuum machines for the same price in Kensington. This is just a simple overpriced car wash. Now they are closed for renovations with no notification to customers who pay subscriptions for a service that they can now no longer use.

BEWARE: This company has horribly unethical practices! If you make the error of signing up for monthly service they will charge you whether or not their facility is closed for construction, then try to force you to remain a member by refusing to give you refund for the months when their service is closed if you try to cancel. Crooks!
After I told them by email that their refusal to refund me for service they didn't provide would earn them widespread public internet complaints, they did refund me -and tried to gaslight me as if asking for fair treatment was unreasonable. Not a good company. Really, we can all find other car washes.

Went to get my car washed on 9/12/25 during day time and it was closed. Seemed they were doing maintenance in the facility, but never notified their Customers!

Horrid car washing service. Absolutely no customer service. No indication from the attendant when I pulled in that there was no interior or tire cleaning after driving through the washing machine. I signed up for the multi wash service believing this was an all purpose car wash. Afterwards when there was no service I confronted the attendant who said he was sorry he didn't explain that but there was nothing he could do regarding a refund and I should contact the company directly. So far they have ignored my emails and left me no choice but to go through my credit card company to reimburse my payment less the cost of the first wash.

The folks running this location are running a total scam. It's an embarrassment, just completely dishonest and unprofessional. My car was dirty from sitting under a tree, and they told me to go through quickly for just a rinse because they “only wanted to rinse first” and would then have me circle back for the actual wash. They charged me $30 upfront for both. But when I came back around after the light rinse, they suddenly acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and insisted I had to sign up for a membership to get a wash. They flat-out lied. My car never got cleaned, and I was ripped off. Avoid this location at all costs!

Smart business plan. It makes sense to get if and just the hassle free of having your car washed go in anytime
First i was skeptical on how fast it was. Should of tooken a picture cause my car caked up. I got out and it was spotless. Beside the wheels cause realistically no car wash can clean wheel beside a human so i didnt mind that i just hit it when i got to the house.

I visited Mr. Car Wash located in Silver Spring in December 2024 and asked about the available car wash options. A salesperson informed me about a one month unlimited wash option, which I selected. I was clearly told that the payment would cover only one month of service and that no further charges would apply.
However, I recently discovered that Mr. Car Wash has been charging my card on a monthly basis, even though I have not used their services since that initial month. I attempted to contact their customer service through the phone but without success. When I visited the location in person, the staff gave me a business card with customer service contact information and assured me that the unauthorized payments would be refunded.
When I eventually reached customer service, a representative named Julia responded. Unfortunately, she was unprofessional and dismissive, simply stating that she cancelled the service but I had subscribed to a monthly service and that no refund would be issued. This is completely unethical and it looks like they are running some sort of deceitful practice.
Stay away!
Finally ,the issue has been resolved after getting support from customer support team. Recommendation, reach out the team they may assist you.

30 dollars for a shit outside wash. NO wipe down nothing. Do not come here unless you like wasting your money
Edit: Yes there is. Either include interior washing. Or lower your price. 15-20 dollars for your terrible car wash machine. It does not work clean at all. You have so many staff members standing around doing nothing. Utilize them to clean or dry the cars. I promise I will continue to push people away from your terrible car wash
