Not as bad as wells Fargo but customer service is awful. I'm disabled and have a difficult time breathing and walking. Signed up on line and had problems with some DocuSign email. Had it just been part of a prompt wile setting up the account the signature would have been done. This branch has its customer service staff behind closed doors so they don't have to help you .. regardless they took my deposit online and are holding my money hostage. Capital one opened my daughter's account without a valid drivers license. It's amazing how they don't need the business. So I wouldn't bank there their staff have Avery difficult time treating you as an individual person not just a number. Doesn't matter that I have been in the hospital on an off for 4yrs and on a ventilator. Ms Rahman was more interested in only doing what she had to not attempting to just treat me like a human being. She couldn't stand that I would be upset and curse because she was holding my rent hostage because she was following order or policy. Other banks treat you better so don't come here!!!!!

Poorest customer service I have ever delt with. Ms. Rahman the bank representative was more concerned about the fact that I was upset and said a curse word than she was that the bank took my funds online and it cleared for over 3 weeks but because I had not renewed my license my identity could not be confirmed even though I am a use on a family members account at this bank for over 10yrs. It was ridiculous to me that they could take my funds but wouldn't give it back without hell of a lot of back and forth. They could ID me to eventually give me my money back but not to authorize the account. I would say don't bank here they treat you like your a problem a number not a human being with medical issues that make it hard to get around. Ms Rahman was representing the bank not the customers I'm not a person to her I am a policy that must be followed without acception. They said no bank would open an account without ID yet 18yr old daughter opened her first account without a driver's license with CAPITAL ONE BANK. I PROMISE YOU THESE PEOPLE COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL. The manager Mr Emilio was patronizing at best and offered no real help other than to say "it's not my policy it's the banks policy and I have no controll over that" so smug in his attempt to placate me he just kept explaining the same thing in circles. I wouldn't go to this bank to deposit my dogs excrement just stay clear so you won't have the same frustration.1

I love Ms. Praveena, the nicest person in the building. All of the tellers are very difficult to work with. I booked an appointment with Ms. Praveena and was trying to meet with her and they refused to let me meet with her so I was stuck with a teller, who refused to listen to me and turned me away. I suggest booking appointments with people and refusing to discuss your needs with the teller. I have been going to this back since I was young and the tellers are the ones who give the bank a bad rep

if i could give them no star i would but anyways these are suppose to be professional people in positions to help the bank customers we have our money in there bank so there should be a little respect when dealing with us! i was met with attitude on multiple occasions by the front desk teller she wears glasses and have grey hair.

I've been dealing with this branch since M&T took over First National 20 years or so ago and maintain several accounts. The bank manager and staff are some of the most professional, likeable folks I've had the pleasure to deal with. I moved to Howard County but still come to this branch because of the high level of service I receive. Kudos to the manager and staff for maintaining such a high level of personable, professional service .

Horrible business relations they do not care and their employees are very lost . I been trying to get a ppp loan for three months the now and it’s like pulling teeth to get a timely response and clear instructions . They are a small bank but act like a big bank when it comes to customer service .Very unreliable

This is THE TERRIBLE BANK!!! No customer service what so ever. The teller are impatient and the manager are no where to be found. But when you "get " to speak with them haha they made you feel like you are they to bothering them. You think you are there to put yourt money in a great running bank and they would treat you with respect. NO SIR you will not get it, not even a hello or welcome to M& T.Go somewhere else

I don't have any accounts here, but unfortunately I had to deal with the people that work here. The people that work here are not competent nor do they seem to care about their customers needs. They don't respond to emails nor phone calls or voice mail. Also, their website to manage your accounts is very subpar to other banks and not user friendly
