The experience was good, except for the oil change sticker they placed on my car. It took me some time for the staff to tell me that the oil change reminder was placed on my car by mistake

First-time client of Murray's, went for oil/filter change, multi point inspection and service a punctured tire. All went well. Enrique Rojas was courteous and professional to deal with. Appreciated the shop's integrity. Technician, Daniel, noticed that a filter replacement was mistakenly thought to be recommended at low mileage level, and was removed from quote. Also, they determined that tire -- with good tread -- could simply be repaired. Thank you!

Murray’s Auto Clinic has been a great shop! They clearly communicate before doing any work and are very courteous. I have taken two cars to the for regular oil changes with great results and service each time.

Murray’s comes through again! I’ve been taking my car here ever since we moved to the neighborhood and I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone on the team is fantastic --- extra kudos to Carl, who helped me today. It was a simple fix and he wouldn’t even charge me. Just wished every place delivered this level of service!

Murray’s diagnosed and fixed a problem caused by another auto shop. I was in a hurray for an oil change before going out if town and went to a large chain. After that chain changed my oil, the check engine light came on. They of course said it wasn’t them. I brought my car to Murray’s based on recommendations from folks in my neighborhood. They diagnosed the problem and determined that the other place put in the wrong oil filter. Very glad i went to Murray’s.

My AC went out and my dealership offered me a price of $500 to fix it as a starting price. I drove to DC with no air and a recommendation to Murray’s Auto Clinic had me calling them the bext afternoon. They had me drop my car off between 7 and 8am, took my info, and called me before 3pm that afternoon. They loaded freon, charged me $69 for that and their regular fee of $135 for labor. While I was sitting outside…every single Murray employee who passed by me greeted me & chatted with me. They were ALL so pleasant & nice, I couldn’t ask for better service and my AC runs beautifully. ❤️
