This store is fantastic. Vanessa and Emily are both brilliant professionals with style to make sure you leave sporting your absolute best. This location takes care of its customers, will never go to americas best or any other optician for that matter.

I got an eye exam and it is totally off. I can’t see well and I was offered a follow up by the Dr’s staff. The Dr., the staff, the service. Everything was amazing at the initial appointment. When I came back, wow. I got to my appointment during my lunch and I saw the Dr. just taking in the patient that was scheduled before me. I went up to ask the front desk how much was the Dr behind ( so I could run out and get some lunch) and I got the WORST attitude by the girl behind the desk. I Will get her name and post. Huffs puffs and eye rolls. Omg I was completely taken off guard. I wanted to reschedule bc I couldn’t get an answer and all I was getting was attitude . The manager had to interfere because I reacted bc honestly I don’t feel I deserved that attitude. All I wanted to get an idea so I could get some food. I don’t even want to go back but they have taken my insurance frequency and I can’t go anywhere else to get fitted. So disappointed. Don’t bother coming in. They are ok until u have a question they need to use their brains to answer. Then attitude begins. Good luck to those who fail to read the horrible reviews.

I previously went to this location on 3/13/2024, and I was treated horribly. We first walked in, and the receptionist had an attitude toward us, as if she didn’t want to do her job. I couldn’t have my appointment because of a technical error they were having that day. If you come here, just think about the customer service you’ll receive.

It's frustrating because I've been a loyal customer for four years, and yet their customer service remains subpar. When I asked them to email my prescription results, they shockingly refused, forcing me to make a time-consuming 45-minute trip in person.the fact that they were supposed to provide me with my results right from the start

I took my son to this clinic because they were good and because i myself have been a patient there. But after my experience today I will not come back again! My son is 7 years old. And I brought him to this clinic to get his eye checked (mind you he wears glasses and he’s not new to the exams done). The lady who worked at the front wanted to do the pre exams before he goes in to see the doctor and told me to help him sit on the high chair which I did but she was impatient enough for him to stay still and get the pre exams done. And told me that he may be so young for this but I told her he has done this before just give us few minutes for him to get comfortable. Instead of making him comfortable she went in and talked to the doctor and we were told to leave the clinic and that I need to take him somewhere else. Where no one told me they had age limit nor it’s stated anywhere that he was under age! This is not right and I even called back and asked where it stayed the age limit but my question was not answered. So please if you want to be treated right go somewhere else! This is not it!!

Really awful customer service. Was told something different on the phone than in person. Asked to buy single contacts for my sister who was visiting and in a pinch. They wouldn’t assist. Went to a local eye dr in DC and they were kind and able to help, luckily!

I went by the eye doctor and they were very helpful and show me just what I needed. Emily had bought me two pair of glasses that I tried on. I like them both so I bought them both. She was very helpful and everybody else in the store was very nice. I will always come back.

Staff do not know what the he'll they doing ,system is messed up having to guess how to use it quoted me wrong price over 400.00 ask me for a co-payment of 85.00 other places charge like 35.00 and waive lf not able to pay well I did not have 85.00 was told we can't give you your prescription. Stay away they are a rip off and money hungry.

I am so disappointed in the customer service at this location. I scratched my very expensive lenses that I purchased from this location 6 months ago. they would not cover replacement and tried to sell new same lenses for 100 more than previous purchase. than they required me to sign a waiver that they would only cover my frames at 50 percent if they damage them. A tired and defensive staff. I would not recommend them.

Great and Quick service! The place is in a strip mall and is short of parking but the staff will work with you and get you your glasses in a quick and timely manner.

This review isn't about the doctor. The Dr was wonderful with great bedside manners, very polite and knowledgeable. She made sure that all my questions were answered and I had a clear understanding of what she was saying.The courteous staff at the clinic couldn't make up for the incompetence of both the younger technician and the pushy sales person, causing the upsetting experience. During my routine eye exam, the technician confused me by saying the frame and contacts exams were different and I had to choose one, without explaining why. Another staff member overheard and explained they were the same, but with different pay codes for insurance purposes (and higher co-pay of course). I normally don't wear contacts full-time so I was unsure whether I needed one or the other, or both (for reference, copay for a regular eye exam with a frame lenses prescription on my plan is $10, contacts "exam" is $60. I ended up being charged for both).Right after seeing the Dr, I was taken to the sales person to take care of the payment. She told me that I would lose my benefits altogether if I didn't use them immediately, which I knew was a lie. I asked her why is that, and she said that "it was how my plan worked". I later called my insurance to confirm that it was a lie. I felt pressured to make a purchase/use benefits on the spot without having any time to decide whether I wanted to go somewhere else or to use the benefits at the clinic.In addition to that, I was charged for a retinal image without being asked if I wanted it (+$39). The consultant lady only informed me of the charge at the end of the visit, making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I ended up paying out of pocket for a service I didn't even need. The confusion in my voice or my facial expressions didn't raise any questions.Upon reviewing the invoice at home, I discovered that she only ordered one box of lenses, despite different prescription for each eye. When I contacted the clinic to clarify the mistake, they basically told me it was my fault for not wanting to pay $400 out of pocket for the whole year supply. I had asked for a smaller supply to max out my benefits, thinking that I would receive a box for each eye. Silly me for assuming that she'd order a box with a smaller amount of lenses in each box for maybe 30-90 days instead of getting just one box of 180 lenses for one eye. The lack of communication and unwillingness to take responsibility left a bad taste in my mouth, and I canceled the entire order.Unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience with this practice. The year before, they had messed up my order and insurance plans, causing me out-of-pocket expenses and loss of insurance benefits. Despite my apprehensions, I had decided to give them another chance, only to be disappointed once again.

The lady that works front desk today was rude and incompetent, she doesn’t even know how to book reservation. Last week on Tuesday she took my information and scheduled me for today 11:00 Am for DMV vision screening. But when I get there, she said she have two more customers to take care of and tells me to come back at 4:30. Unfortunately, believing that I would sort my vision screening test with EyeDr I had another appointment with MVA 3:00 PM ergo I declined.

This location is the worst location ive ever been to. All of the associates didnt know how to fully do their jobs and because of their incompetence I had to wait for the workers to figure out how to change data in the system so my contacts could be ordered correctly. I had to continuously call the office to remind them to fix my contact order and they still didnt know how to correct their mistake. They were supposed to charge my flex spending card on file and instead mischarged my debit card on file because the lady was rushing to get to lunch. They repeatedly gave me different prices for my contacts and it wasnt until I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge that I was offered a discount (I still haven’t spoken to a manager though). Avoid the headache of going to this place and dealing with their foolishness.

Had to go in a couple of times because I dropped my glasses. They fixed at no charge. Staff is kind and professional. I highly recommend the eyeglass business.
