My Service Advisor, Brandon Staples, has always provided excellent customer service from keeping me informed on the status/progress of my car and any recommendations along the way. Additionally, the Mechanics/Technicians have always done superb service on my vehicles and I have never had an issue. With my most recent service they provided a video of the service done (which was something new), which blew my mind and was and excellent supplement to the paperwork they provide, as the actual Mechanic /Technician walks you through what service has been performed on your car (THANK YOU!) . I always wondered how do we really know what service is being done on our vehicles…and Koons Ford Quick Lane must have heard my thoughts and responded.
