If I could give 0 stars I would! I sent a sealed barrel full of clothes and food to DR. It got to my family open and 1/4 empty. Shameful! Not reliable shipping!

If I could give 0 stars I would!This company was one of the best, I used them for 6 years. Unfortunately the owner passed recently(RIP Sr Juan). Since his passing, I sent basically all my personal things including furniture, clothes, house things, and things for my family. They claim family members stole all the shipments in the storage place in DR. I've been trying to speak to the owners wife to see if I will be compensated and all I get is excuses and the run around.This is a shame because before the owner died they were always on point and he cherished the business. Definitely DO NOT recommend them anymore. I will be trying to involve the police and a lawyer in the states and in the DR

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are very irresponsible if something goes wrong they blame you. If you want your shipment to arrive damage and with missing pieces use their service. Consider your self warned.
