“Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, self serve lottery machine, lot of self check out machine, Con: always long line at customer service This store had a refresh on the inside a few years ago and still look new upon entering. Parking lot is big with plenty of space. The giant is next to smaller store such as subway and more. There is a lottery machine that is self use. The customer service area is always has long line due to only 1 person working back there. If this giant doesn't work out for you there is another giant by cherry hill shopping area that just open up recently.”
“Don’t sleep on small pharmacies. When my medication was not available at the chain store, the pharmacist called suppliers to get the medication. They have the ability to negotiate with new supply chains immediately. The chain pharmacist doesn’t have the ability to do that. My biggest pet peeve was the chain store app kept telling me that another pharmacy had the medication and I drove to three different locations and they didn’t have it.”
“Great view must be the new cooling area choosing how many people do not laugh at what they chew especially the doctors laugh assignment assistance that does not tell them to not laugh at something they don't know the answer of laughfear.”
“I used to take my Rx’s to the Target CVS in the same shopping center. It’s like night and day going to this giant pharmacy. Everyone is always so kind and the service is very fast. I never have to wait in line!”
“Huge and well stocked. You could practically get everything you needed from the store. It bubbled and had good staffing with fresh foods (fruits and vegetables included).
Unfortunately, they closed down in the wake of the COVID pandemic. Giant has since taken over the facility.
I am certainly one of those who miss this ShopRite store.”
“Staff at CVS pharmacy inside Wheaton Mall Target is always very professional, pleasant, and efficient. Highly knowledgeable about medications and ordering process. Seldom a wait. Good selection of drugstore items plus you have immediate access to the Target inventory of household items and food, plus the in-store Starbucks.”

“I’ve gone to this pharmacy my whole life and it still gives off “small town” vibes. I’m very glad Safeway finally renovated the pharmacy area for the pharmacists! Every pharmacist is kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time and effort to help you resolve any prescription issues, AND have been the best by constantly reminding me to get all of the important shots, otherwise I would have never got around to it on my own 😅”
“This is a really great pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff are wonderful, cooperative and they care about their customers. They do a good job following up on prescriptions. Yes, like all pharmacies, sometimes there is a line. We are old and we have a lot of prescriptions. If you are not willing to wait a few minutes, then try another pharmacy with young, healthy customers who never need anything.”
“I really like this CVS location—it’s very convenient for me and easy to get to. The store is usually clean and well organized, so I don’t have trouble finding what I need. The staff here are friendly and helpful, especially at the pharmacy when I have questions.
I also appreciate how smooth the prescription process is and how easy it is to manage refills. Overall, this store has been reliable for me and I’ve had a consistently good experience here.”
“Other reviews said that you were not allowed to pick up a prescription without a membership, but that was not my experience. I told the door attendant that I was there to pick up a prescription and I was let in with no issue.
The pharmacy only takes visa. I had thought that I could use MasterCard, but it turns out that they only take MasterCard debit cards. I had a discover debit card and they couldn't take that.”

“This was an over-the-phone pharmacy transaction with overnight specialty prescription delivery and it went perfectly. The pharmacy tech was phenomenal but I can’t recall her name. She helped me on 4/9/26 at 1:15 pm, #21142, so you can find her name. She went above and beyond helping with co-pay assistance, smooth transitioning from Florida to Maryland and more. I received this prescription overnight the next day. Kudos to her.”
“Great international grocer and unique items shop. There's even a built-in Ethiopian habesha at the end of the produce aisle where you can get mitmita, berbere, shiro, injera, or whatever else you need. Plus it's been operating long enough that you can one-stop shop here for beer and wine, as well, unlike most Montgomery County grocery stores.”
“The people who work here are personable, quick, helpful, and intelligent. The Giant app works great, and I appreciate that my medications are automatically refilled with text reminders. I have been lucky to deal mostly with Ebony, a pharmacy worker who has gone above and beyond with her customer service.I appreciate the late hours as a full-time worker. There's rarely a line or wait.It's hard work doing pharmacy as a career, and I am so appreciative of the Giant Leisure World pharmacy employees who do it so well.I never thought I'd write a pharmacy review, but after some poor experiences elsewhere, I am glad to have found one that works so smoothly.”
“A family favorite and reasonable place to shop. I believe I have been shopping with giant for over 20 years now ~ lots of healthy options since they introduced nature's promise. Vegan options as well, cheap on the go items like burritos, patties and drinks. Prepared food, sandwiches & a salad bar. Clean, stroller friendly, self checkout, pharmacy, deli, bakery & florist. They have it all at this supermarket and I favor this place over shoppers or Safeway because of pricing and organization. The downs, not much. They don't have a good selection of fresh exotic fruits and vegetables, I would still visit your local foreign market. They pick produce too early to ship, so you have to force it yourself at home to grow. Other than that customer service is friendly and there is always someone there to help (ahem, make sure you don't steal). Keep your head on a swivel! Shout out to Mr. Abdul he is a great manager :)”

“Walgreens continues to be my go-to spot for household items, always my prescriptions. There's no waiting there's no confusion. They are helpful. I avoid CVS at all costs. It's just so messy over there. Here at Walgreens the shelves are clean, people are always willing to help. It's sad that they have to keep everything locked up now but the community does that to us.”

“This is a compound pharmacy and they fulfill veterinary prescriptions. I couldn't find the proper dose of gabapentin in cream for my cat online. Glad I discovered Acorn Pharmacy. If you have a pet this is a good option.”
