“Capsule pharmacy is amazing, especially my courier Victoria. She goes above and beyond to make sure my prescription orders are always delivered with care. It makes my day any time I get to see her. The delivery window times offered used to be a bit better. For a while it was rare to be able to get your order the same day, but I’ve noticed some improvements recently. I had surgery the other day and thankfully was able to get my post operation medicine the same day. Overall, Capsule is a great, convenient service with good prices and friendly & knowledgeable staff.”

“This place is charming and old school. You feel a sense of community as soon as you enter. I needed a $1 water bottle but there’s a $5 credit card limit so the cashier gave me the water bottle and told me I could come back and pay the $1 another time. I was in awe at the small town sensibility. I will be returning very soon to pay $1 cash. I hope they don’t go out of business. These kinds of places are what’s missing in America.”

“I am 86 years old and have been grocery shopping for several decades. The M Street store is the major league of supermarkets. It is spotlessly clean, always well stocked and never out of specials. More importantly, the staff -- from the manager to the shelf stockers -- is friendly, personable and always volunteering to help, from locating my aisles to helping load my car. I can't recall a better, well-managed, helpful, friendly and professional staff. A bunch of positive adjectives in this review but every one is earned.”

“For the past several months my medications have not been delivered on time and I have even ran out of my medications because of the new staff I've been thinking about changing pharmacies I've been asking to speak with Dr . MenYaw for 2 weeks now and he hasn't called me yet, I don't believe they gave him my message because I know that he would have returned my call, I am his first costumer when he opened the pharmacy on Minnesota Ave and I've been with him since, but the new staff is making it difficult for me to stay, I really like this pharmacy but since the staff have changed I'm not getting my medications delivered the way I'm supposed to I have to, the staff is always attentive and respectful it's just trying to get all of my medications and my daughters medications delivered on time has changed 😪”
