“Capsule pharmacy is amazing, especially my courier Victoria. She goes above and beyond to make sure my prescription orders are always delivered with care. It makes my day any time I get to see her. The delivery window times offered used to be a bit better. For a while it was rare to be able to get your order the same day, but I’ve noticed some improvements recently. I had surgery the other day and thankfully was able to get my post operation medicine the same day. Overall, Capsule is a great, convenient service with good prices and friendly & knowledgeable staff.”

I am so grateful that my doctor recommended this pharmacy to me years ago, because in a city full of chain pharmacies (with pharmacists who often can’t be bothered to spend 2 seconds with you, and that are often out of stock on meds) the experience of going to a pharmacy can feel frustrating and disconnected. “I can't believe that this place doesn't have more recent reviews! I moved to DC in September and immediately started attending classes at DC Row. This pandemic is never-ending, so the classes are smaller than they might have been before - I am often the only one. But, the machines are pretty well spread out and the instructors do a good job of following mandates for masks/vaccinations, so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable if the classes were fuller.I've been to all 3 of their class-types. The Crew Clinic is amazing for beginners to learn rowing technique; it's slower paced, but still a good workout. The Row Flow class is more endurance-based, and the Scull and Sculpt class (my fav) is more HIIT-based. Honestly, as someone who despises cardio with every. single. fiber. of my being... I was shocked at how much I truly enjoy rowing.All of the instructors have been great, too. Brittany is so fun and has amazing energy. Tina's classes kick my a** in the best way. I've also had classes with a couple of other instructors and they've all been wonderful.Overall - really great place. Great people. Great workout. I bring everyone who visits me to a class here and they all love it. If you've been thinking about it, or just want to try a new type of exercise - do it!”

“For the past several months my medications have not been delivered on time and I have even ran out of my medications because of the new staff I've been thinking about changing pharmacies I've been asking to speak with Dr . MenYaw for 2 weeks now and he hasn't called me yet, I don't believe they gave him my message because I know that he would have returned my call, I am his first costumer when he opened the pharmacy on Minnesota Ave and I've been with him since, but the new staff is making it difficult for me to stay, I really like this pharmacy but since the staff have changed I'm not getting my medications delivered the way I'm supposed to I have to, the staff is always attentive and respectful it's just trying to get all of my medications and my daughters medications delivered on time has changed 😪”

I needed a $1 water bottle but there’s a $5 credit card limit so the cashier gave me the water bottle and told me I could come back and pay the $1 another time. “If I could rate higher it would be a 4.3 As a GenXer, I grew up where local was everything!!! People desired to support neighborhood businesses. Metro Pharmacy reminds me of that place. I have great healthcare and could go to any pharmacy but I chode metro because I can walk out my door, down the street and I am right there! I love the old fashion bell ring takes me back to a special place in my life. Yes, it's medicine LOL and yes going to Metro is a signal I am not feeling well or I need to be recalibrated but its intimate, friendly and has everything I need. I realize they may have other stores but they are still a small business compared to these medicinal engines. Metro Pharmacy is more like an apothecary! If you can walk to Metro, transfer your prescriptions. GO LOCAL folks.”
