Planet Fitness is a gym that covers the basics with a decent number of machines and best-in-class equipment. The staff is noted as being awesome, super helpful, polite, and professional. The price is considered unbeatable for a basic membership. The environment is a welcoming space with a mix of ages, both men and women at different physicalities, and is not all beefcakes. It provides a Judgement Free Zone. However, the gym is described as very small and crowded compared to others, and it can be full of people. Gym etiquette is sometimes less than desirable, with people claiming equipment they aren't using and stock piling dumbbells. While more benches and Smith Machines have been added, the bathrooms often have something broken, like a hand dryer or urinal. The place smells like a gym, which is expected.
I mean its just a average gym. Nothing to write home about. I few issue I have is the kids that come in there! They all think they tough guys, MMA fighters, and just have no gym etiquette! Met with the Manager Mr Nathen. His friendly experience and kind attitude navigated me though a rough portion of past. the month fee is incredible and the customer service is awesome I'am a long time client to be.

VisitIng from out of town. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean 2-story facility. Overall, a bit small and limited on free-weights, but you can get a decent workout nonetheless. Not used to having to pay for parking to go to my gym, but that's one of the drawbacks here.
