This is a revision of my original review in response to the comments made by the tax service provider.
He mentioned that I am combative and aggressive, insinuating that my being from abroad somehow compromises my ability to understand the advice given. However, it's important to note that I have lived in the USA for 14 years, which indicates that my international background should not be a basis for error on his part. As a professional service provider, it is his responsibility to ensure that all clients, regardless of background, receive accurate and appropriate guidance.
My original review detailed the shortcomings I experienced with the tax service provided. Despite my trust in his professionalism, the completion of my tax return in a mere 13 minutes raised concerns. Subsequently, I was advised to file my tax return via paper, omitting crucial information about my wife's need for an ITIN number. This oversight resulted in a delayed response from the IRS, indicating missing forms in my tax submission.
Upon bringing this issue to his attention, I was met with arrogance and unprofessionalism, further highlighting his lack of integrity and patience. Despite my requests for resolution, he failed to acknowledge his mistakes or offer a satisfactory solution. His dismissive attitude and failure to address my concerns only reinforced my dissatisfaction with his services.
Furthermore, his selective response to positive reviews and lack of engagement with negative feedback demonstrate a disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability. It is evident that his business practices fall short of professional standards and warrant further scrutiny.
In light of these experiences, I am compelled to file a complaint against his business and his poor professionalism. The deficiencies in his services, coupled with his dismissive attitude towards client concerns, necessitate action to safeguard the interests of consumers. I have provided detailed documentation of the missing forms and am prepared to escalate this matter through appropriate channels, including filing Form 14157 against his practice.
The email I sent outlines the specific issues with the tax forms provided and requests immediate resolution to ensure compliance with IRS requirements. Failure to address these concerns will result in further action to hold him accountable for his actions.

I had great service last year but today I met a monster!! He was mad and irritated with my questions. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Am still wondering if he is the same guy I met last year ?

Here I did my second year taxes with planet tax.Wogenie is very nice ,and helpful person. I was new for the state last year I called him and ask him to do my tax he said email me and will call you later he called and I added my daughter taxes then he didn’t even charge her because he said she is a student that was a lot for us bc I wasn’t had a full time job that moment he listens and encouraged me to apply some other places for work. He gives helpful advice and tells me things I would’ve never discovered on my own. He truly goes above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.

My sister used to work here but he, the owner of Planet taxes, told her not to come anymore with out paying here three weeks wages. And when he was delt with confrontation he brought new deal just to refuse to pay.Planet taxes services lead by Mr. Wogene is responsible for mishandling of its workers and abuse people like my sister by not paying their salary at all.Sir, I wished all the best for the business, God bless your business and work.I just want to show how you lied about her payment and other things, but I wished only the success to your company even if what was done was so infuriating.God is truthful my sister don't need anything she just have a respect and love for the company.If This thing make you mad I will deleted it but because I don't want to return bad things with bad things.Both Me and my sister wish you the best.God bless planet tax services and its staff.
