My nine year old Macan feels, and performs, like it is brand new, thanks to the professionals at Porsche Silver Spring Porsche. I really appreciate the Service Department’s knowledge, technical skill, and team attitude. My visit was scheduled by Brian. Kofi and Brian greeted me upon on arrival, and Elvis took over advising me on repairs and maintenance. They were all on the same page, and did not miss a beat. Jerome efficiently followed up with the technical work, communicating throughout the service in regard to his observations and findings. Every great team has a great leader, and that credit goes to Linda, the Service Manager. Thankyou all for your effort!

Truly an exceptional leasing experience with the team over at Silver Spring. Big shout outs to Bruce, Gen & Adrian for communicating and making the entire process EASY.
Everyone likes value and deals, but when you combine that with a stand out team that is personable, attentive and simply follows up why would you go anywhere else?
I'm not local to Maryland, but was referred to this dealership. What I can say is I'll keep doing business with Bruce and Team over any of my Fairfield County, CT Porsche dealers!

One of the MOST gorgeous Porsche dealerships in the area….. if only the Service Department Manager didn’t try to squeeze $225 labor charge & 3 hours from me to unscrew 4 lug nuts this morning!!! Yup then would’ve charged me $122 to get a new set ordered…… so I estimate here $350 for 4 lugs lol. I WILL NEVER recommend going there… push your car to another Porsche. I recommend service in Bethesda, grab a bite to eat in Pike & Rose while good techs show you and your car love::::: I walked out and gladly took my truck to Porsche Bethesda and they helped me in less than 10 mins!…. No questions……., all smiles…... I was BAFFFFFFLED as this was my first experience with Silver Spring! ….VERY Pretty store…. But the Service Manager is out for blood, sweat n tears… I’ve worked in the car industry for years. Never had someone try to run my pockets for 4 lug nuts lol. $350 buddy I THINK NOT!

Every experience I've had at this location has been pleasant and as convenient as possible. My service advisor, Elvis, always keeps me informed about what's happening with my vehicle. He lets me know about the amenities the dealership has, like the lounge area, shuttles, or loaner cars. This makes my visits super comfortable. Linda, the service manager makes me confident my Porsche will be taken care of properly. I also appreciate Jerrell the service technician sending videos to educate me on exactly what my car needs and how to take care of it in the future.
This is the best dealership I have ever visited.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional customer service at Porsche Silver Springs, and I must say, it was a refreshing change from my previous experiences. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Elvis was simply outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and informative, always keeping us updated. His dedication and proactive communication were far superior to our previous service advisor. Elvis made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout the entire process.
Bruce was another standout. As a knowledgeable and friendly GM, he took the time to thoroughly look into our case and car issues. His commitment to getting everything fixed and figured out was impressive, showcasing his expertise and genuine concern for our satisfaction.
Linda, as the service manager, was instrumental in getting our information collected, our service approved, and taking excellent care of us. Her efficiency and helpfulness made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Switching from the horror show of Porsche Annapolis to Porsche Silver Springs has been an incredibly refreshing and welcoming experience. The team at Porsche Silver Springs has truly set a new standard for customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding and positive experience.

I love Porsche Silver Spring! Between my service advisor Elvis and my salesperson Adrian, Tyeshia at the front desk and occasional chats with the GM-this place really knows how to make you feel right at home. You are not just a number or another customer—you are like family. I have honestly never experienced anything like it at a car dealership. I tell everybody about them…And I know my car is always in good hands. I never worry! Keep up the fantastic work, guys!

Linda and Kofi always provides a great experience and customer service everytime I bring my Cayenne in for service. They always explain in detail of what my car needs in a timely manner and makes sure I leave satisfied.

My cayenne 2024 visited three dealers and only Porsche Sliver spring find out what the issue was
Without to change parts like other dealers was telling me and was a part not available for a month .
I am more than satisfied what they did to my car and the way how to deal with their customers .

I had the best experience visiting the Porsche dealership at the Silver Spring location. I went in for a regular maintenance service and was greeted by Kofi. He was extremely polite and took his time to explain everything that would be done to my car. He also gave me valuable advice on how to keep my car in the best shape possible.
During our conversation, I mentioned I was considering trading in my Cayenne for a newer model. Kofi then introduced me to Adrianne. Adrianne was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, listening attentively to my wants and needs. He laid out my options regarding the trade-in and took excellent care of me throughout the process.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Bruce. I have never felt so valued and at ease until my visit today. Having been to other locations around the area without a good experience, this visit was a refreshing change.
I’m excited to have met Kofi, Adrianne, and Bruce, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
