I signed up for virtual mail about 3-4 years ago, unknowingly it was for personal mail, not business. For the past 3 years, I have been receiving all of my business mails with this address except for the past 3-4 months, when all my business mail has been sent back to the sender.
The first time I called this Postal Express to find out what the reason was, I was told that it might be because the sender did not include my mailbox number. I called the sender to confirm my address and everything was correct.
I called today this Postal Express to find out what was the problem and I was told that it was because I did not have a business account. I asked if this policy was new and the answer was no. But why is this an issue after 3 years of receiving my mail at this location? The person on the other end sounded irritated and replied rudely.
If they were going to all of a sudden start following the rules of Ipostal I would have appreciated a notification so I can make the necessary changes, instead of missing out on important my mails.

I still haven't received my package it was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago extremely bad service I feel like one of them workers stole it keep lying saying it's delivered I would never NEVER go here for package delivery

Extremely rude. No greeting or smile to me but super polite to others. I wonder what the difference was 🤔 Response to Owner: My review was based on how I was greeted and treated and had nothing to do with the transaction as I was able to go into my PostScan account and have you forward the mail. FYI when I called into PostScan I AM an authorized user and I’m not sure why you would tell me I wasn’t 🤔
Every time you spoke to me you had an attitude and when I asked you follow up questions you were super annoyed.
Like I said you were all smiles and greetings to the other customers and nasty to me. When you asked for my ID I had to reach my hand all the way under your partition to give it to you without you even attempting to reach it.
So my review stands thank you for forwarding my mail I am sure I will receive it soon.

Swift, courteous service for walk-in notary. The manager, Lavleen, was running the whole, busy shop alone. She attended to each customer quickly and with great care. This place does a little bit of everything—sends and receives mail/packages, sells office supplies, notarizes, and even cuts keys! PLEASE NOTE: Notary service is cash only ($8 per signature as of the date of this review).

This place is a treasure! I recently sent an expensive guitar to my son in Boston. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. My son told me that it was very well packed. Ms. Singh also instructed me to loosen the strings before shipping so they would not snap en route. That is conscientious attention to detail!

This place is the best! The staff are always very friendly which gives it a ‘neighborhood store’ feel. Today the lady working at the counter not only noticed that my label hadn’t printed correctly, she even offered to reprint it for me so I didn’t have to haul my box back home and then back again. It was much appreciated since I had my young child with me and a bunch of errands to run. The selection of shipping supplies and cards is also great and parking is very easy too. Way easier than then other shipping spots in town. Definitely worth supporting this business!

This is my go-to pack-and-ship place because of the wonderful customer service. Lavleen is so friendly and always remembers me. She does more than pack and ship too-- her notary service is very convenient and she takes a great passport photo! Be sure to check out her greeting cards and treat yourself to a Toblerone!! :)

I wouldn't give it one star, they say there is a notary service but they don't tell you the time they will attend you, racist lady I bet she is from India, she will be the owner and she does not want to put more staff to attend?. If you are looking for a better notary go to your bank definitely.

Thanks for the reimbursement. I know it's not your fault for losing my package, and I was quick to give a bad review at the first but I was under pressure with my clients. Sorry! you made me change my mind.
