I recently rented a storage unit and had the pleasure of being assisted by Carmelita. From the moment we spoke, she was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. She guided me through the entire process, explained everything in detail, and even provided the most efficient directions to my unit — saving me time and hassle.
When I realized the unit I had reserved online wasn’t quite what I needed, Carmelita went above and beyond to help me switch to a better option. Her kindness, clarity, and genuine desire to help made the experience smooth and stress-free. She also advised me to download the app which helps to access the gate with a simple tap button on the app, in addition to managing my account on it.
Carmelita is truly every customer’s dream — knowledgeable, attentive, and a joy to interact with. She turned what could’ve been a frustrating moving into a seamless and positive experience. Thank you, Carmelita!

I moved in a Sunday. Imani was there alone, to help, and she was excellent. From helping me find the storage unit, showing me how to open it, she was extremely service oriented.

I have been storing with them for the past 6 months. I came in today and had the pleasure of having Imani help me out. She was super friendly, attentive and patient. All the staff I’ve encountered are good but Imani really went above and beyond.

Go elsewhere.
Made a reservation online only to find out there was a mice problem currently being handled (was not disclosed prior to reservation by employee onsite). Had to reach out to the online agent with Public Storage to cancel my account after four hours of booking as the office was closed during business hours and the property manager was unresponsive. Was told I would be refunded the full cost of the unit by the online agent. When the property manager finally reached out, it was days later, and they admitted to the mice infestation. When checking for my refund, it was not processed because the property manager took days to cancel the booking. Had to reach out to an online agent again for assistance. Was even charged for a lock, after I said I had my own lock and would have to call the property manager for the charge to be refunded. But no one answers the phone. Finally left a message and the online agent is also calling as the property manager takes days to respond.

Carmelita was very helpful yesterday returning my call promptly with all the information I needed to clear out my storage. Today in person on site she was extremely helpful and updating my two storage accounts. She is very good at her job.

This is the second time I have used the public storage service and both times Miss Carmelita has given me the best service, she has a lot of charisma to make things happen, I don't speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish but everything was perfect

Had big price increase a few months after moving in but otherwise staff at this location are great. The staff watches the property very closely. Carts always available and elevators work well.

The facility is clean and the customer service is great. It was easy peasy to set up the account and get your unit at this location. The staff members are friendly and courteous and readily accessible to anyone to assist with any queries you may have. Great location and like I said earlier clean and no problems. Thank you for making this experience a good one.
