The Site Manager Crystal Fields is a real professional. She has made a difficult situation a little easier with her kindness and genuine concern to help her customers. She provided very good information and instructions to help me catch up on my bill and avoid additional charges as well as friendly advice moving forward. We need more people like her she is a real professional who demonstrates compassionate customer service! 5⭐

I had stored my items here as I had a month in between my previous lease ending and my new job starting. I had to move to another state and needed movers to assist me in transporting my items across 200+ miles - however, I was not in town to open the unit. I called customer service to see if they could simply cut the lock off weeks in advance of my move, and they said it would be no problem, and that they could only do it within 72 hours of move out.
Upon calling them to cut the lock off, they said they couldn't do that - and that they had not done so in the past two years. This completely threw off my move, as it delayed my move because I could not access the unit from states away. I had to hire a locksmith and spend an additional $250 to open the unit when they had promised it would be no issue just a few weeks before. Upon receiving my items, I noted mouse droppings and some of my items were chewed through (bags, small labels). It was disgustingly unkept, and I am so frustrated with the lack of consistency and sanitation.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. Mrs Renew was friendly and helpful, the space was clean and secure, and accessing my unit was easy. Pricing was fair and she explained everything well, felt safe and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage!
