Came from Public Storage at 3351 Briggs Chaney Rd to this location since there was an issue with my reservation but no one at the Briggs Chaney site to help, and I am glad I did!
Akena offered to help with my reservation and fix the one at the Briggs Chaney location, but because of her kindness and professionalism... I canceled that reservation and booked at this location! I was so frustrated prior to speaking with her but she squared away my concerns and was able to get me clean unit in no time! Thank you, Akena!

I have been renting from Public Storage for a number of years. I was renting a place in Takoma Park however when I found mouse droppings they said I would have to move everything to another unit so they could clean to address the mouse problem and offered no compensation so I moved to this place in Silver Spring. While downsizing family I went to the storage unit only to find the elevator broken with no ETA on a fix. The gentleman offered a credit however when I reached out to public storage they said that was just an offer and not a guarantee. The people at this local have always been very friendly and helpful however I'm paying almost 3 times as much as a new renter (same unit is going for $70) and can't access my unit. Very frustrating.
