I had a great experience with Quattro! The office staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the body repairs that needed to be done, and they liaised seamlessly with the insurance company and car rental company to make the whole process much easier for me paperwork-wise. They returned my vehicle in excellent condition and even did a bit of cleaning as well, which was much appreciated!

I would recommend Quattro auto bodyshop to my friends and family because their service was excellent! We took our car in Tuesday by Friday it was done. Randy was great, he's very professional and explain everything in details! He also called to follow on what's going with car. While Linda set us up to get picked with our car rental. They even took care of our rental when we picked up our car. It was very easy a very easy transition and we don't to worry anything else because they both Randy and Linda was very helpful. And the place was very clean too! Thank Quattro!

I recently had an accident with my accord. Jennifer Hobbs the owner has worked on other cars of mine in the past to correct age related issues (not accident related). The estimator suggested it would take 30 days to repair and they did a fantastic job in just 9 business days. This saved me a lot on car rental expense. They truly are craftsmen but additionally just really nice people to do business with. I cant endorse them enough!

This company is AWFUL! Cory was our service rep and he was very rude and disrespectful during the evaluation of our Mercedes, including the manager Jen. After our vehicle was denied service we scheduled another shop later. You would think a shop trying to make money would be more professional but this was the opposite experience. Throughout our car being there these people did not communicate well and when they did it was not professional at all. I recommend you take your car elsewhere. 0/5 stars.

Quattro Auto Body did an EXCELLENT job putting my new hybrid minivan back together after a snow plow crashed into it...Luckily, no one was in the van at the time!!! Thanks to Quattro Auto Body my van looks brand new again and drives perfectly! Quattro finished my van ahead of schedule and made the rental car process easy. Thank you Jen and the Quattro team...I was not sure my van would ever drive again it was a "tear down" and now it's brand new all over again with lots of new sparkle in the paint! Unfortunately for me, I've had to use the services of Jen and her team at Quattro Auto Body in Silver Spring a number of times recently. However, each time in for repairs, they have quoted a very reasonable price for the repair, communicated with me throughout the process, and have done excellent work on the repairs that they completed. They are friendly and professional to deal with, and complete the work in the timeframe that they promise. I honestly hope that I never have to see them again... but if my recent poor driving track record continues, I will definitely continue to have them repair my vehicles.
