Jessica was very nice. I showed up without a code to my drug test from my employer because I am in the midst of onboarding. I hadn’t got the job yet but, I was on it. She encouraged me to call and text them to redeem my code because I was about to just go home and wait for them to move me forward with procedures. Evidently me calling them secured me a guaranteed spot on the job. In return, I wanted to leave this 5 star review as a thank you to her service and may God bless he courageous spirit. You guys have a bright light under your wings!

The atmosphere at the Quest Clinic was wonderfully inviting, and my time there was nothing short of delightful. I arrived for my appointment at 1:00 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be ushered in within just 10 minutes—no waiting around!

Convenient location to my house. The online registration is super easy since I'm already in the system. So when I arrived I just clicked the text on my phone so no need to stop at the kiosk. I noticed those who used the kiosk were done quickly and there's a big bottle of hand sani, right next to it. Clean waiting room. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our tech gave me my urine cup before i was called because I had to go and am elderly so I couldn't wait. I have thin rolling veins and the tech was successful on the first attempt. All around very smooth visit. I will actually go out of my way to come here again because everything is in the system and easy.

DO NOT GO HERE!
I would give this a much lower rating if possible. I made an appointment. Showed up on time. Saw my name on the list. They did not call my name! I saw my name being dropped from the list and they went to the next person. This happened to a couple of others too while I was there. This place has very unprofessional workers.

Best quest diagnostics I've been to, I was a walk-in and got there at about 2:00 p.m., easily signed in at the kiosk and then literally only waited 10 minutes even though the kiosk said my appointment was at 3:30. Botha nurses were very friendly and fast.

The nurse who drew my blood was fantastic. I would grade her an A+. She was so nice & I couldn’t feel a thing when she drew my blood.

I came as a walk in to get a drug screen urine completed. I went to the Wheaton location and they stated they don’t go drug screens and the nearest one that did was this location. I drove over here to get this done thinking 40 minutes before closing should be enough time because urine screenings do not take long. I am using the kiosk to sign in and it says last urine screen is at 3:30PM it is 3:20PM once I start the process. The lady (a black women with curly hair) comes up and asks if we need assistance. I tell her I am here for a urine analysis and she asks if it is for a drug test and I say yes. Mind you there is no one else in the lobby except one person. She tells me they end at 3:20PM. I tell her but the kiosk says 3:30PM and she insists it 3:20PM. I tel her I drove over here from another location 10 minutes away because they told me to come to this one. This women still insisted the last one was at 3:20PM mind you by the end of this discus it was 3:21PM. It’s a large quest you are telling me there isn’t one other person in this whole building that can run a urine screen? It’s 40 minutes prior to closing and a urine screen does not take that long. I HATE quest! I ALWAYS have! Only reason I am going to one is because it is required by my school otherwise I have avoided them at all costs. Labcorp is the real MVP.

Ms. Evelyn and her team were heroes in taking me just before close—on. Saturday no less—to sort out a time-sensitive blood draw. They are very gracious, professional insisting it was their duty to provide good customer service— and they went above and beyond. Thank you again, Ms. Evelyn and your great colleagues who helped me today!

The nurse who took my blood was very friendly. She was courteous and kind and was fun to joke with. She did a fantastic job executing the needle stick, the best I'd ever had.
