I came to get the outside of my car cleaned but they refused that and made me get the interior cleaned in one of the packages and ended up making my dashboard more dirty than before I’ve tried everything and I can’t get this stuff off they must have used a dirty rag or sprayed something right into the cracks idk but go to a different car wash

Quality has gone down and prices have gone up! As someone who frequents this car wash and has recommended this place to several others because of the quality and attention to detail, I am very disappointed with the service I received. The prices overall have increased but the quality does not match.
The employees rush and don’t clean properly.
The person operating the register is also apart if the cleaning crew so you have to wait to checkout. His demeanor was very dismissive when a customer pointed out that something wasn’t done properly.
The car wash doesn’t clean the vehicle. The yellow towels used to dry the cars leave streaks and debris. The service is rushed and it’s reflected on your vehicle. They left interior water streaks from the towels and only shine a thin trim of your tires. There is also an up charge depending on the size of your vehicle.
I say all this to say, for $30 you can find a better quality car wash that is much more efficient.

I have never had a bad enough experience with a retailer or service to need to post to deter people until now!
They use very cheap silicone based interior cleaning products that will leave your leather and interior excessively greasy and shiny! Do NOT get the interior done if you have a leather interior, especially a matte leather finish like a BMW. Interior leather has significant damage now and will need special cleaning products to try and get your interior back to normal. Hoping my car interior will not forever have residual shine. Initial cleaning efforts have been unsuccessful 😔

This is the most unprofessional car wash I have ever experienced. My fiancé took my car in to get washed and detailed when we went to the gas station 2 hours later I noticed the paint was chipped AND peeling on the bumper of my car (just purchased btw) AND there are tiny scratched off bits of paint around my ENTIRE car from what appears to be a brush. I called the business numerous times that day and the next every hour taking into consideration they may be busy and no one answered. I then drive back 1 hour to the business and asked to speak to the manager/owner. I politely explained to her the issue and she immediately cut me off and got defensive. She told me that no one has ever complained yet her yelp reviews state otherwise. She then proceeded to say my car was keyed which is impossible when it was perfectly fine 2 hours before it returned back to me at work which is only 10 minutes away. As I am trying to come to some sort of resolution she continues insinuating something happened outside of the shop and kept calling me “lady” then stormed away while I was talking. I asked for her name and said “I am not giving you anything lady” then stormed back into the office locking the door behind her after I suggested we reconcile here or in small claims court. A $40 car wash turned into a $600+ bill. Please save yourself the headache, time and money. I am very disappointed in this “establishment”.

Very expensive for a basic wash. The prices aren't posted up front. You'll get stuck in the back and have to pay for a wash to get out. The basic wash is $20. Whereas at competitors you would spend in between $12-$15 for basic wash.

I went there two days ago and I paid 40 dollars for my car not to be clean it vacuumed I asked the lady if she vacuumed she yes I told her not so I asked the guy he gave me a attitude don’t come here and waist your here go somewhere else.
