Wow!!! I have been going to this place about 5 months now and I would have to say this place is very welcoming. All the staff are welcoming and very friendly. You and your kids will love this place for fun, exercise and boxing techniques.

This is a family owned black business with a diverse clientele. Being a little bit of an introvert I was apprehensive about going and immediately was put at ease. I was greeted with exceptional customer service and felt welcomed right away. Did I mention the weight loss? Hello....I lost 14lbs in 3 months!!!The trainers are Amazing! With their encouragement and guidance I was able to challenge myself despite my lack of any physical activity. I'm now stronger, leaner and more confident than ever. Rec-Mode you're the GOAT !!!!

This is a game-changer one of the best places you can go family-orientated very friendly understanding compassion and good Fellowship you can't ask for nothing more. Small gym, no 1 on 1 coaching, the app doesn’t have an option for a amateur team. It’s more of a fitness gym which I can get in any other gym in my area for a third of the price.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym that specializes in boxing techniques to help me get back into shape after having a baby 6mo ago, and also learn some self defense techniques. Rex mode has a clean facility, friendly/helpful staff, and great location.

Great family owned gym that focuses on bringing out the best version of you. I personally prefer smaller gyms than the franchise ones, they work more directly with the customers.

So glad I found this place. Super clean, friendly staff, family-friendly environment, and flexible hours.It’s hard to find a good gym that your motivated to come even when you’re not super motivated to workout but this place has really keeps me going.
