They picked up my belongings on August 30. Today is September 17th. Every time I call to find out when my things will be delivered they tell me they will be in route in a day or 2 this has been going on for over a week.

I went with a different company because I got a way better price but I have since received about 25 calls every morning from them as well as they're the only company that I checked prices for shipping my vehicle so I'm also aware that they sold my information and I'm also now being barraged with random quotes to ship my vehicle from different companies.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The customer service agent told me I was lying when I told him that I received a better quote then he proceeded to tell me that I was a scam and he could hear something in The background then hung up on me. I’ve never felt so disrespected. This particular agent needs to seek a mental health professional it seems to be more than a personality flaw. His professional behavior was unbelievable and unacceptable.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I literally had to call the police to get my stuff from them. They will try to scam you with thousands in hidden fees.

Horrible… horrible … terrible! Why DMV or transportation government people keeping eye on this kind of scammers!
Very bad experience! Very unprofessional, and they are super bad movers. I really don’t want anyone else to go through this and they are a super horrible company. At first it was all holly jolly and they gave a super low price, we video called them and everything and showed them all our stuff and increased it only a couple hundred dollars and changed the cubic footage. As soon as the movers arrived they had a super nasty attitude. For only like one bedroom worth of stuff they increase the money. We told them that we only payed for a certain amount and they said in fine print that they wouldn’t change the price at all. We told them all the items we had which was around 25-30 and we have the call records. The movers came and said we only have 19 items! We went back to show them proof of the amount of items and the price, they had deleted the previous email and changed the amount of items on the email so we would have to pay more, when we called them they said to give the phone to the driver and he started lying in front of us. We told them that we are able to sue them because we had screenshots and proof they changed it but they hung up on us. They changed all the fine print and the pricing trying to play us. As soon as we caught them in their lie they left all our stuff outside and drove off saying it was our fault! NEVER EVER BOOK THIS MOVING COMPANY EVER, TOTAL SCAM!!

Well, the price sounded great in the beginning, but then they tripled it when they arrived. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of.not only did they lie about Everything. they damaged pretty much all of my belongings, and when I called to talk to him about it, he said well that’s a part of moving deal with it
Stay far far away these people there're bad news and need to be turned into the DOT One of their customers, I filled a complaint About this company as well

Super unprofessional and unreasonably priced. I got a quote about moving to Phoenix that I was not all that interested in and when my plans changed because I found out I was pregnant the rep I was working with got a super nasty attitude and became very rude and intolerant. Past that, she kept calling and harassing me afterwards, even after I asked them to stop calling me because I wasn’t moving. It’s not like people don’t have to move eventually, why burn the bridge with potential customers?All I can say is don’t give them your info, you’ll regret it. I regret it and I never gave them any money or ever even let them touched my belongings.

I entered my info on 2 movers to find quotes. A man from red van lines called me (after I had received a couple other quotes). I told him my current situation and started off normal then tried to tell me my other quotes were trash and if I had such good prices why was I still looking. HE CALLED ME! when I was explaining he kept trying to talk over me and tell me I was wrong then insult me and hung up! Horrible sales and customer service. 10 out of 10 would never recommend!

These company is a broker!! They do not have their names own trucks and will give you a very low estimate then when they find a company the price will almost double but you won’t know that till they load your stuff!! DO. NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Grossly under quoted me to obtain my business, even after I expressed concerns with the cubic feet allotted to be transparent for planning purposes. Was assured that it would be more than enough space. After the movers that they contracted showed up, the move ended up being almost 3 times the amount we were quoted for only half of our belongings. Sincerely would advise against using this company, you're better off renting a uhaul yourself and hiring laborers to load it.

I entered my information to get a quote and they won’t stop calling me. They have called me over 25 times!!! I’ve spoken to at least ten customer service people asking them to take me off their list and stopCalling me. They say “sure no problem” and guess what, minutes later more calls. Texting too. I have received numerous texts, and I reply to unsubscribe each time. But they keep texting me! So unprofessional. They are just harassing people.

Called for a quote. Following the given quote after a long and extremely dragged out spiel, I told them I would call them back in a day or two. They refused to let me off the line, claiming that my reservation would no longer be at the offered price the next day. I mentioned that I was ok with taking that risk and that I would call back tomorrow. I was then handed off to another person who was extremely pushy, rude, and ill-mannered. Told him I needed at least a few hours to think about it. He then proceeded have hissy fit, becoming extremely rude and unprofessional, and rudely stated to me that this decision of mine to wait to call back made no sense, and then he had the audacity to call me slow, raising his voice and then saying that I didn't understand what he was saying because I was slow. Haha. I told him I no longer needed his services and for him to have a good day.Don't bother calling to request a quote. This pathetic excuse of a business will run itself into the ground with its horrific employees displaying god awful human behavior. I'll be sure to tell the rest of my employees to avoid this business for their moving services.

These people sold me out to a secondary company who couldn’t even pronounce my name !!! I have a issue with the dates and they couldn’t understand what I was trying to tell them !! If I knew they were doing that I would have NEVER EVEN thought about it !!!!!!!! Take about scammed !!!! UNREAL
