I recently had the pleasure of working with the Refund Plan to file my taxes, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Cecil Castro is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. They were also very responsive and easy to work with, making the process of filing my taxes a breeze. I want to thank Cecil for working on my returns on time.I would highly recommend this firm for anyone filing taxes in the DMV area.

This is my first time filing taxes with refund plan, tax and accounting firm .My regular CPA wanted to file an extension for me as he was busy and I was glad I reached refund tax through a close friend’s recommendation and they gave me an appointment the very next day. I spent about 3-4 hrs in office and I really want to thank Cecil Castro for detailed number crunching she did. She patiently answered all questions I had as well and E filed taxes on same day.I really appreciate it.I would highly recommend this place for anyone filing taxes in DMV area.

Only gave one star because there is no option for zero star. I called them Multiple times to review my tax return which will take only 5 minutes because I have doubt there was mistake but every time I was told someone will call you today or tomorrow and now more than a week still waiting for a call back. They will be nice to you till you pay after taking payment they don’t care if they made any mistakes filling your taxes.

Every time time I come here to do my tax returns the staff are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I always come out feeling satisfied and confident in their work. I've come here for about 5+ years now and will continue to do so because of their great client service and work.

Gabby is amazing. Attentive, patient, helpful and epitome of good customer service. Anyone who gets to work with her is getting top notch customer service. When someone is able to bring you the most amount of money back from tax filings for you and your family, you cannot not appreciate greatness. I love to give good reviews when it’s deserved and this is very much deserved. Good job for the business getting her onboard, they are lucky to have her.

Don’t come here if you need something notarized. I called to confirm they notarize documents they said yes. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment or anything they said no just come in. I come in 30 minutes later and they said “the person who notarizes documents isn’t here and won’t be back until next month”. Waste of my time they should’ve mentioned he’s not in when I called.

I have been using Refund Plan for something like ten years now, and I could not be more grateful for their fantastic services. They are so helpful and thorough in ensuring that I've incorporated all possible deductions, and that I'm covering all my bases. Last year in particular, I had waited until the absolute last possible minute to request an extension on the busiest day of the year (like 4:15pm on tax day) and they actually took care of it for me before the filing deadline. And then (separately) the city screwed up its records and claimed I hadn't paid my taxes several years ago, and was insisting on charging me an inordinate amount of money, and Refund Plan spent hours filing the necessary forms and clearing up the city's mistake on my behalf without ever charging me for it. I've worked with different accountants at Refund Plan over the years, and they've all been wonderful. And while I interface with them in English, they're multilingual too. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

They were able to do a last minute filing request quickly and at half the cost of other firms I have used in the past -- would definitely recommend! Best of all, I was able to do everything virtually (document transfer, payment, etc.)
