Regal Majestic is a great theatre with good service and super helpful, kind, and patient staff. The experience is mostly the same as any other Regal, but it is a bigger theater with 20 screens, larger screens, and a little arcade. The recliner seating is great, and everything is clean. The selection of movies is good enough. The food quality has improved, and items like the cheese sticks are hot, crispy, and crunchy, while the popcorn is perfect. The food can take a while but is worth it. The theater is located in Downtown Silver Spring, making it convenient for planning a whole date with nearby dining. Some feel the interior has lost its glow since opening and could use a makeover. On occasion, issues like the AC being off in a theater can occur. Some seating in the lobby has been removed, and the few remaining seats are not very accessible for those with disabilities. Overall, it is considered a solid, average, or nice theatre, and many would go again.
