This employee lady arguing with me , because she said the cart I had was on her way and she started screaming at me and telling I didn’t move because I was on my phone. She don’t have no respect for customers and her job. Unprofessional.

It was very crowded when I was there. Long line to the register. By the time I got there they ran out of bags. Overall a bit disappointing experience but good prices on merchandise I got.

We went when the store was OPEN. We shop for an hour then go to pay. The security guard tells us there are NO CASHIERS. Why are you even open? He said there's only the manager and she's busy, come back later. No thank you. We will not be coming back.

Another floor up and the messier, with less selection, we get. Honestly, from the moment you walked into this location, it was a mess. What should be a tip off here is the layout of the store, it is quite odd. The further back into the store you go, the worse it gets. From the mall area looking in, you are a bit deceived by this place. The front looks well stocked and organized and then as you go into the depths of this space, it is like everything went to hell. Especially the back back of this store. I assume that the mall overall use to be really busy as there was a rear entrance/exit, complete with registers and everything. Well that is closed off and the registers now appear to be a catch all for items that people didn't want and didn't get put back on the shelf. The registers also serve as a cutoff point for where this store just gave up on picking up items from the floor and cleaning. After I fought my way back to the front, and past several security people, I did find an item or two. Back to normal at the register, I paid and made my way out. Onto the next stop.

Horrible service! Came in for a quick return and they are having returns and purchases in one line, essentially bc they feel like it. The line is wrapping around aisles. There were multiple employees free behind the return counter and walking around, but they are insisting everyone is in one line. This is bad management of the store. The whole process is slow and ineffective; another customer and I left.

I always liked Ross but went to the one at Silver Spring mall recently, and l'm very disappointed. The merchandise was all messy everywhere, l couldn't find the Italian soaps l always buy at Ross, all the shampoos,etc bottles in the shelves were messy,some damaged, etc . I needed to sit and rest due to my arthritis, and while resting in the only one sit they have in the whole store, l discovered that my shopping cart was filthy, with wheels covered in hair,dust, etc. I asked if they have any paper towel and sanitizer just to clean the handle but they said no...Yuck!!disgusting!.then l went to Marshall's, just above Ross, and what a difference, all clean shelves,order and they have the soaps.

Horrible service and ridiculously long wait times. There is four people standing at the front with a line wrapped around the store and one register open. It doesn’t help that the one register that is open has an older employee who is moving slower than molasses on a winter day. The audacity to have a line so long and one employee working the register is pitiful and management needs to get up there and get on a register.

I don't like to make bad reviews but I had to do this one. Today I went to Ross in downtown Silver Spring Cityplace. I was looking for a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and I was looking around the counter. I finally decided to ask for help so I can try them. There is a device on the counter that says press for assistance I pressed it. And I waited at least 25 minutes nobody came to help me. The cashiers wouldn't even look at me , they just talk among each other. I'll even ask one of the guys from Loss and prevention for help He say he cannot do anything. I said can you call a manager he said the manager is going to tell you to go and make a line. I just want to see the sunglasses so I can try them. I was completely ignore it feels so rude to be ignore. After 35 minutes of being in the store I gave up and decided to leave. While being there I notice that the cashiers will talk very rude to the customers especially if you are LATINO.I will not come back to this Ross. Here I will post a picture of the press for help machine on the counter. 0 stars for this Ross.

Omg... g.h.e.t.t.o! Im Sorry but this was worst ROSS store I've been in. From the cashiers to the floor was bad.... And to top it off I bought and charged $37 but my card was charged $68??? wth? I called and Nick said he would refund my money.... but I'm upset that it happened and how did the cashier do what she did...
