Ross is a unique retail store that has great affordable priced quality merchandise! They supply anything from slippers, name brand clothing, bath & beauty products, indoor/ outdoor furniture to household appliances.
No matter what state I visit, ROSS is by far one of my favorite stores because you never know what treasures you will find:)

Need more staff to check out paying customers. Very Long lines with only two cashiers and one of the cashier's only accepted credit and debit cards and wouldn't accept cash. Disappointed.
The cashier at checkout was nice but overwhelmed. She tried to get additional help but no one answered her phone call to get an additional cashier from the back of the store. Ross management, you can do better.

I like this Ross location. All shoes in the right size spot, clothes put neatly, no mess. Sales associates are very polite.

I always shop here on weekly basis the place is nice the staff are awesome andgood prices well somtimes bit messy but you get what you need with good prices
Big shout out to all the team and specially the lady standing by the door Selina she is amazing the way she welcomes everyone is great
I have been many times even when it is very busy the team are always helpful smiling and accommodating

Spend more time waiting in line then shopping!! They never have enough cashiers! Today i waited 15 mins in line to pay for one item, and there were about 30 people behind me in line by the time it was my turn to get wrang up. Plus, it's been a while now, seems like the AC in the store doesn't work, you feel like you are suffocating, it's ridiculous!

There’s only two cashiers in the lines are so long. The way is insane. I come here all the time knowing that this Ross gets packed they should have more cashiers.

I’ve been here a couple of times as it’s close to my house and as it’s the case for most of Ross stores, there are varieties with pretty good stuffs with pretty affordable prices

First time encountering Ms. Selina at checkout and I must say she provides the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Incredible lady. I'm in the hospitality industry and I know good customer service when I experience it. Service with a smile. Communicates well. Anticipates customer's needs...just genuine care.
