My car was making a really odd sound, so I brought it into Rossi’s. They got me in right away, found the issue quickly, and had it fixed the same day. The staff was super friendly and communicative. Big thanks to Rod and Steve for taking the time to explain everything and figure out the mystery sound.

I can’t say enough good things about Rossi’s Automotive Service! Steve and Rod are absolute pros — they diagnosed and fixed my BMW quickly and efficiently. I’d been dreading a trip to the “authorized” service centers that always seem to overcharge for everything. Honestly, those places are for suckers who haven’t discovered Rossi’s yet.
These guys brought it back to life without the usual sales pitch, scare tactics, or “you need a new flux capacitor” nonsense. Just straight-up skill, fairness, and genuine pride in their work.
Now my BMW purrs again. If you love your car but hate dealership prices — Rossi’s is where you go. Period.

I was calling around to get an estimate for getting my wheel bearings changed and Rod was very helpful in getting back to me with an estimate. I was able to leave my car overnight and they worked on it the next day, the car was great when I picked it up.
Great service and customer care, definitely going back!

I’ve been going to Rossi’s for about 8 years and have had great experiences there. They always take the time to explain what they did and educate me on my car. For costly repairs they would explain what was necessary and what could wait. I had my car for 15 years and they kept it in great shape. When my car was recently totaled they helped me through that challenging process and offered advice for buying a car.

Excellent customer service as always…
I’m not sure how long I’ve been a customer of Rossi’s, but let me say this: their service is bar none. I drive a 2006 BMW 325i with low mileage, but every time it rained, rainwater made its way to the inside of my car on the floor on the passenger side. I ignored it for a while, but on this particular visit, I spoke to Rossi’s about it. I was afraid it was gonna be an expensive repair, but surprisingly enough, the repair was a simple one and it didn’t break my bank. It was a clogged roof drain, and once the drain was cleared, the problem was solved. When I went to pick up my car, Rossi’s explained the solution in simple terms for a person like me who knows nothing about a car other than putting gas in the tank. I was contemplating selling my car and Rossi’s asked why would I do that with such low mileage? He said my car can make it to 300,000 miles, and I am nowhere near that mark on my 20 year-old car. I really appreciate every time I go to Rossi’s that they take the time to explain the repairs that need to be taken care of. Rossi’s doesn’t talk over my head and I appreciate that. Yesterday, I told a female Uber driver who who owns a 2019 BMW about Rossi’s. She told me her car is in need of repairs, but she didn’t know where to take it for service. I hope she takes my advice.

The prices here are completely unreasonable and feel like price gouging! I brought my car in about a year ago for a refrigerant refill and diagnostic all under $200. At the time, the mechanic told me I could return for seasonal refills since we had already identified the leak. Now, he’s suddenly quoting $350 for the same service(excluding diagnosis), even though we had previously agreed on a simpler, recurring recharge.
On top of that, he tried to charge me $150 for an oil change on a 2012 Toyota Camry. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want fair pricing or transparency. They are scamming

First time at Rossi's and it was an amazing experience. They went above and beyond with their service. I was updated throughout the entire process and they explained everything in a way I could understand. They got my car problem fixed faster than expected. They were also very nice! Definitely coming back for other car related things!

One of the best repair shops around (I know since I work on cars myself). The staff were courteous, pleasant and honest. They replaced Steering Rack & Pinion and outer Tie rods (I provided the parts) at reasonable price without additional fees (shop material, etc). Repairs done on time as promised. Thank you Steve
