  This was the worst experience of buying a dress.I got a dress ,one day ago and the zipper is broken ,the lining is not right and dress is damaged.Went back to the store.The husband was so rude and refused to do anything to help with dress.
  I do not recommend this store to anybody.
  The husband slash owner of the place would not even try to help .very poor customer service

  This shop has the best collection of casual to formal ladies clothing. If you are looking for something special and unique, this is the place to go.The service is impeccable. The ladies are very helpful and nice.

  I have been shopping here for years. Excellent collection of Day to Dinner, Evening, Weekend-wear,n Professional Attire, Accessories and More. The Owners are a husband/wife team who deliver exceptional service Every time. I moved to the Eastern Shore and driving there today to find the perfect ensemble for an event next weekend. They are indeed worth patronizing. I'm Not a Paid Ad.. I'm a Paying Consumer. 🐦💙

  I am a long standing client for over 30 years. I always received and still receive outstanding service. I limit myself to where I shop because Rostas Collection clothing more than exceeds my expectation. I love Rostas plus the owners Ali and Irma they both exemplifies excellent customer service. I am so glad they are located in the Silver Spring community. I pray they remain for many more years to come.

  We were waiting outside in the pouring rain for the Fillmore to let us in for a show. We were in line with another couple that had a small child with them. The owner of the store came out to yell at them and their child for daring to take shelter under his awning to stay a little dry. He was incredibly nasty about it and demanded, for several minutes, that they go stand in the rain because they were blocking the door from customers. The kicker? THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS. Probably because he's a jerk. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  The store looks nice on the outside but the customer service does not match very well. The workers trail behind any black customers making it very unwelcoming -which is weird considering the location of their store. Workers will pretend to "fix" clothes while watching you and constantly go behind whatever you have simply grazed with your fingertips.
  Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

  There’s a very small selection of each item and your visit will be an incredible .
  It’s absolutely wonderful!!!!!! Men if you’re looking for a special gift you can’t go wrong here. This is a headend treasure !!!!!!! I COULD DO THIS PLACE FOR HOURS AN HOURS!!!!!!!!!

  Large section of stylish merchandise for every occasion (casual, work, evening). Large selection of accessories. Plan to spend time looking and trying on clothes. Prices are reasonable. Very helpful sales staff.

  I am a Black woman and I have shopped here for over 20 years.I find that the owners are so responsive and helpful whenever I go there and the people I sent there all have been pleased.It is a store my 28 yr. old daughter and I In my sixties both can find some thing to wear.Often when a known client comes in they can go downstairs and shop without a chaperone ,however new customers Will be escorted. You do realize the times we live in. Candidly speaking over the past 20 years I can count how many Caucasian people I have seen in the store on one hand.Admittedly they have had some less than charming staff , but as a business owner I believe we all have had some oops that has have not reflected our firms as we would want.This store was recommended to be by one of our local AA TV newscasters.If you have has a unfavorable experience give it another try.We all deserve a second chance !W

  Mom & I we're excited to shop for a mother of the brides dress but we we're not prepared for the disrespect! They asked mom to remove her red lipstick to avoid ruining a navy blue dress. The main lady's attitude drove us out. I've always admired the store & was looking forward to bringing aunties there too but I'm sure we can find better service elsewhere

  While visiting from NY, I was looking for prom wear two years ago for my child and found myself a dress for my daughter's wedding that had everyone talking about it. I was visiting again and decided to stop by on the off chance I could find something for another wedding. I did. The range, variety and style availability made shopping at the store a wonderful experience. The ladies were helpful but not pushy. I have not found a store like Rostas Boutique. Check it out!

  I went in the shop because I was curious. The dresses look so elegant from the window I wanted to see what they had inside. Upon entering, a few items caught my eye, but unfortunately they did not have my size. I continued to look around. I was so enchanted from some of their items that I failed to notice that the sales person was trailing me. Wherever I went…she was there. I continued to walk around and she says,”We have clothes downstairs too”. I said, “Great!”When I look downstairs, I could see that there was a Caucasian couple browsing…unattended, meaning shopping freely…by themselves. They were alone. When I went downstairs she followed me everywhere, pretending to be fixing garments staying at least a yard away. She continued to trail me until I left. When I walked out of the store, I felt a certain way. Read the other reviews. The owners, workers…. DISCRIMINATE against minorities. When I googled the shop and read how others had been treated, I knew unmistakably that I had been discriminated against. As a consumer, regardless of race, I should have the right to shop anywhere I choose freely without prejudice. Please beware!!!! Patronize a business that honors the dollar and doesn’t judge the person who is holding it.
