I was early and got there before they reopened after lunch and waited 30 minutes before I was helped. They seemed very disorganized and didn’t really seem to know what they were doing or communicate effectively. One of the attendants charged the wrong amount even after I gave her other information and one of the pharmacists kept saying out loud what my prescription was instead of just referencing it as my prescription. They were all unprofessional and unhelpful in my opinion. I’m not sure if they assumed I was younger than I am or what but I was not treated with respect or courtesy and ultimately was there for over an hour unfortunately. I will not be filling prescriptions here anymore unless the one pharmacist that I know is professional (and have been helped by before) is there.

There is a reason this pharmacy has such low reviews. They’ve hired bottom of the barrel people to run it and it’s very evident by their lack of professionalism/education. It’s one thing to have incompetent people stocking the shelves but it’s completely different to have them handling prescription medication. This particular location needs an audit, retraining and new hires. Start with a worker named SHIMMY, their behavior is disgusting. Completely unhelpful and essentially useless for someone in that field.

made up some fake rule that they can only hold my prescription for 2 days and then they put them back if i don’t come by then. other safeways hold for 14 days

Beyond incompetent. Medicine is not ready when promised. Techs are incapable of communicating with customers and understanding them. Team members are rude. Phone continually goes straight to voicemail. No concern or effort to get people the meds they need in a time sensitive manner. Meds are frequently not filled correctly or in the correct quantity.

Ever since I transferred my prescriptions to this Safeway, I've had nothing but frustration. I get notifications that my items are ready and each time I asked to wait or they don't have the order. They are disorganized and most times under staffed. Last week lady intentionally prolonged my time to wait for one hour for instead of f just a half hour. This was as retribution to my complaint for the poor customer service.

Parking is easy. Location is convenient. People are friendly. It's crowded most of the times but that's ok.
