Poor customer service. There's an elderly woman who should retire[ respectfully]. She wasn't able to help us. Every time I explained the issue about my account. She got confused and didn't understand and got a little mad. I recommend people go straight to the :(Olney Branch ) if you want to get help from experts. They will solve the problems

Our branch helped us with a banking fraud issue. They were quick, decisive and very easy to work with.

Great personalized service. My 100 year old mother is delighted by the wonderful personalized service she receives at Sandy Spring Bank. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and make her feel welcomed. Thank you!

Sandy Spring has always treated me with respect and courtesy. One employee comes to mind, Emily, who works in the drive thru at the Sandy Spring's Leisure World location. She is very pleasant and smiling. She remembers and asks about certain details of my life in a very polite way. But, she is efficient and quick at the same time. It makes my day just a little bit brighter, seeing Emily.

They're alright I guess but they sure aren't good.

Their service is absolute garbage. They have no 24 hour number. They can't be bothered after business hours. That type of service is expected at of literally every other bank in the world. If you're card is stolen, wait till tomorrow. If you're card isn't working on their fault, you're out of luck. I was left stranded on MULTIPLE occasions because they incorrectly turned off my card.

These people are some if the nicest people. They are super helpful. There is a drive thru and that's open later then the inside.
