I only came to this Sephora to return an item and I was disappointed that I couldn't. You can only do returns to this location if you bought the item there. If you made your purchase at a "free standing" Sephora, you might as well just go back there.I was also disappointed that this location had absolutely nothing. They had little to none travel size perfumes and barely any of the regular size bottles. Now I will say they are good for little trinkets and stocking stuffers. And they introduced me to "Sí" by Giorgio Armani.

Caution: They do not accept returns for items purchased online or from other Sephora stores. I had to drive for 35 minutes only to find out that they require the receipt to specify Kohl's as the purchase location for returns.

I recently visited the Sephora located in the Kohl's at the Silver Spring location. I would say the customer service was lack luster at best. I was greeted as soon as I entered the location, that was nice. However, when I asked about a product, it was immediately rejected with little to no effort of finding the item. I would say that the representative named Christine or Christie was eventually very helpful with finding the item. The other associate by the name of Soso, not so much. Keep in mind that I called the previous night to ensure that the item was in stock, but when I asked Soso; I immediately was told that it was not in stock. Christie/Christine decided to go the extra mile and look for the item, which was eventually discovered. I would recommend hiring more helpful employees. The experience was not the greatest.

Went in to look for item. It wasn’t available but the sales associate I think her name was Malia, was very nice and very knowledgeable. Ill be back to look for another item this week.

I had a great experience with Carlos during my visit tonight. Carlos was very educated now only on the products but on skin care OVERALL! Was able to inform me of ingredients to look out for and which would be more beneficial. I feel so much more aware and will be using what I learned when caring for my skin! Definitely went above and beyond. Only downfall is that their system is through kohls and not sephora but still a great experience. Will be back!

The staff at Sephora is very bad, today I went shopping in the afternoon and the girl who was there was a racist, she was passing the front as if I was going to steal something and if I go to a store I will see things that I want to buy I will not go grab whatever and pay! She didn't even ask me anything, was just watching me closely, I needed to buy 5 things and I couldn't because he looked at me horrible and wouldn't leave me alone.

So happy this opened up! The only reason i’ll be going into Kohl’s actually. I just went in for the first time and had a great experience!
