Worst place I have ever been. Not friendly to women. Yelled at me on the phone and told me he would not give me my keys. When I went to pick up my car it has an oil leak that it did not have when I dropped it off.

My husband and I stopped to get gas, while doing so the pump said to see clerk inside in which my husband did. He came back and said that the card kept saying declined. So I went to my account and they did a pre-authorization for the full amount that was on that specific card. I contacted the bank and they said that there is nothing they can do because the merchant (shell) is holding my money. I've called several times trying to resolve this matter and the clerk and the owner keeps playing games. First they said to call on Monday that the owner will be there, I did that and then the clerk said Tuesday (today) in which I was on hold and never got an answer, when I called back the owner said that he wasn't there. My husband called they said the same thing, I called back and the clerk said the owner left for lunch, to call back around 12:30pm or call back tomorrow. All I want is for this matter to be resolved, but they are making it very difficult. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

I was pumping gas into my car and when I checked the tank I got no gas. I went to ask the Indian lady with a mole on her cheek if she could help but she said that she couldn’t and that it’s too bad for me because I lost money.

On Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5, your pumps were NOT redeeming the 50 cents per gallon I have earned at Giany grocery stores. I went back to Giant and double-checked my Rewards Card. I currently have 562 points.

Called to have a Maryland State Inspection done, spoke to a really nice lady who set an appointment for 8:30am. I showed up at 8:15am only to be told by a gentleman that I was supposed to be there at 8am and that he couldn’t do the inspection. He said 8:30am doesn’t make sense and they wouldn’t have told me that because someone else was getting an inspection done and it takes 1.5 hours. This makes no sense at all…They clearly double-booked and he just lied about the timing for some reason I can’t fathom.I asked him if they could scan the car because the check engine light came on, and he seemed even more annoyed and told me that it would cost $250. I’m at an auto parts store now using their code scanner for free. I don’t know who hurt this man, but he needs to stop taking his frustrations out on strangers.

Stopped to buy goodies and gas, and the guy at the register was super sweet, very nice. When I need a quick snack, soda, or gas, this is the place.

I had my tires rotated. When I went to drive away, the car lurched and the wheel almost came off. They never tighten the lugs on the right front wheel!

Hello ! I am Sean Hardman . I am Once again Rolling out to find the best Gas Stations In all of the Aspen Hill , Maryland Area of Montgomery County . This Place Has two Huge Gas Pump Areas totallty state of the art digital and accepts only Credit Card Transactions . Next to the poumps are the window cleaners and wipers with clean water and scraper alongside the trash cans there . Near the edge of the drive way ourt there is a Tire Air pressure Machine for you to use for Your Tires to filll them up . sometimes to pay for what you need done You nyhave to go up to the one out of two of the main building there to pay up . In The Gas Station area there are one out of tqwo buildings . One is where you pay up for gas and air pressure for your tires and also for service and maintainance on your car as well . Inside the Customer Service Building , There are coffe makes with coffee brewed ands ready fo you . It has feeezer with sodas , and Itced teas , and Power drinks in them for sale and waters . They have candy shelves and whatnot with other snacks there too and the Cistomer service desk where you pay up the cash and Credit Cards . The Other Building has the garages for auto repairs , brake inspections , emmisions tests , engine inspections , Body works , and Tire rotations are done at with the people who are the best in their Professions there to help you out with all your needs before you go and make sure you leave satisfied with their work before you continue travelling or heading home . This place domne come highly recommend-ed . Plus since things have fallen on hard times things are not what they ysed to be and we need to support those that need work and all to have satisfaction at this type of gas station so we get what we need done and the service we pay for . So come on down to the Aspen Hill Sheel Gas Station and get an experience you will never soon forget . All businesses are taking a hit because of the Corona virus, I had a few questions about work I need done with my car, I was told to speak to Tony (I believe) who looked like he wasn't doing anything.
