Very poor customer service. No Commumication at all about status of your vehicle if you drop your vehicle for service. I have an accident few month ago and gave them my car for some body work for bamper change and headlight and some alignment work. Bahiru, greedy person, eventhough my insurance gave him a good quote for new bamper change and other services to be taken care of, over $5000, he even didn't change with the new one. He straightened the old one and put it back. The alignment??? No ! I took it back and asked if he can fix it, he asked me to take it to Firestone, silverspring, I took it and made alignment work paying over $90 bucks to do so. It didn't stop here, because of his incompetence to do his work, there was a very bothersome cracking sound from the engine he didn't fix in the first place, took it a couple of times to fix it, he couldn't. What took my patience away was he didn't communicate well and kept me go there over 5 times. Very unprofessional and greedy. I am not a person who care for money and I believe anyone who deserve to get paid for their service they provide. All the money I spent here at this shop for the service was just waste.
To make it short, To keep your emotion and patience do not go to this shop!
Sorry for the guy who caught fire on Highway the next day who visited this shop for oil leak issue to get it fixed...Just poor service.

If you come to this place for oil change/car repair , you gotta ask the price first. If you don’t, know that it’s gonna be a huge scam! They charged me 80$ for regular oil. If they tell you it’s because “they added synthetic oil”, that’s part of the SCAM! Never trust them. That’s a lie! At my other place, I have been paying only 28$ for the same service. I literally feel like I gambled with my money. They are looking for a shortcut to be rich ?. NEVER FALL THAT TRAP! Ask the price of your service! Never leave your car at this place (especially over night), stay around + give it a glance whenever they are working on your car so they know that you are watching them.

I won't take my vehicles anywhere to be serviced except Piney Branch Shell where Bahiru and his team are excellent mechanics,courteous and know what they're doing! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic service! They replaced my son’s transmission for a very reasonable price and their work is excellent. Customer service is outstanding. Even sent a mechanic to our house to see why the car wouldn’t start. Amazing customer service!

The gas is typically a little more expensive than some of the other gas stations in the local area. However, their service center is high quality. They are professional, courteous, and honest. Let’s face it, there aren’t many honest service centers around these days. You don’t have to worry with these guys. They will take care of you.
