Wow! Francisco could not have been more kind and helpful! He used a tool to identify the exact color to match my wallpaper, and for the one color that the tool could not correctly identify, he worked very hard at identifying it for me. Super helpful and nice!

Waited over 35 min just in line in the morning.. they need more personal in the morning only one person can't take care of 6 client at the time .. don't go in the morning if you don't have too .. by the way I was just picking up paint ....

The paint that my buddy and I purchased from this business was not the appropriate color, and when we tried to change it, the store manager refused to accept it back,. He is unprofessional , I had a negative experience.

I have a mural company and, like many other muralists in the area, totally swear by the knowledgable staff and brilliant hospitality at this Sherwin Williams location. Even for jobs on the other side of town, we use this store, it is worth the trip! Everyone is so kind and committed to quality. Hello I hope you are very well this criticism is constructive so that you know the store has good service but they only have one worker and there are always more people and they only have one worker they have one worker that if I am not mistaken I will not say a name So they don't get mad, but that worker doesn't know about painting, she may know about an office document, but about painting, you don't know the right thing to do, it would be that they always have two workers who know about painting so that the customer does not have to wait so long, especially in this store. Not even the parking spaces are a little small, they should take this into account and always have at least two workers who know about painting and that's all
